I'm sorry I listened to this you don't know what you're talking about in asparagus you let all of the spears come up in the beginning and you don't touch them don't matter
Reason why you let all the spirits come up in the beginning is because of that pumps it back down into the soil for all the spears next spears to come up wow you should not even be on here
I’m sorry you feel that way. I’ve been doing this for years. And my asparagus patch is doing great. I did get some feedback from other gardeners on Facebook and the methods were all over the place. Some people take in the beginning. Some take at the end. I think the whole point is to leave some at some point. Much ❤️
