I rarely cry if ever, but this movie made my eye's watery. Laying in a bed for 6 months like I did from a street bike accident there is nothing worse then being in a hospital and their crappy beds and food. It's amazing who really cares about you and shows up when you cheated death. Life is really fragile, enjoy it with the people that you love.

Its so real. Like you can just imagine how the grandpa feels. Like she has nothing really to come back to and to watch someone you love suffering like she is and she lost her family all in one go...you know its hard but you kinda just look at the person and it hurts but you just want them to let go if they want to.

almost like his grandpa can see people who are stuck between heaven and hell, a ghost on earth that roam on this earth. Seems like he had this gift all along, Or it was just his grand daughter. this movie is very depressing! but knowing he heard her and saw her was the saddest thing in this whole movie.

My grandfather died from cancer before I got to really know him, so seeing other grandfather's hurt this much makes me miss him so much. I just really wish I could atleast remember his voice.

I think about this scene all the time. Every time I watch it i cry. And every time, its when gramps says “if you want to go, I want you to know, it’s okay”. This is by far one of my favourite movies. I don’t have to watch it over and over again, but I just love it The fact that everyone else was saying they want her to live, and then her grandpa comes in and says that he wants her to stay also, but that he understands if it’s too hard, he will understand her passing. Such a great grandpa

I held my wife's hand with our two children 8 and 11 there. We told her she could go, it was ok. We left, I put them to bed. 30 minutes later she died. 11:30 Christmas Eve 2010.

John Loye I remarried a year later. Changed my job. Found the lord or the lord found me. Bought a Harley, ride it all over the country. Joined BACA. Bikers against child abuse. It was hard to adjust, kids had it rough but they will be ok. I've developed a good rule. Don't Worry About Things You Can't Change.
