I thought of a different Gotham Knights game that would take place after the events of Arkham Knight. I would call the game, Gotham Knights: Arkham Legacy and the main protagonists we'll be playing would be Nightwing, Robin, Cassandra Cain Batgirl and Kate Kane Batwoman.
I feel like rather than Carnage, the second protagonist should be Flash Thompson, Agent Venom. He fits better for a Shield agent/ Symbiote city plot better than carnage does and he was a hot property in early 2010s
Maybe Miles Morales. He was created in 2011. And seeing how game sequels works it could still fit in the time frame. Plus in the ultimate comics Miles was working with shield already. Plus it could give us the electric powers instead of symbiote powers. That would be interesting. Giving us the spider-man 2 fight years earlier.
Arkham Origins 3 is my most anticipated. I'd like how he potentially wraps that trilogy and how he ends it in a way to tie into Arkham Asylum and RS' trilogy.
I'd love to see a telltale season 3. Always wanted it. I haven't watched his arkham origins rewrites yet. And i've already made a SSKTJL rewrite and i've watched a few other versions. So that rewrite is starting to bore me. And i've always loved the batman telltale series. So i'd love a season 3.
Maybe Carnage could have a mouthless design, and they both could have a Berserk Mode where they grew a mouth, Peter looking more like Venom and Kletus looking more like Carnage. Or maybe, instead of Carnage, the second protagonist could be Toxin.
Love this concept, but I think there should be a choice whether or not to kill spider-man, with the pacifst route having where carnage spares him, and removed the symbiote from him, leaving Peter guilt ridden by his actions and leaving New York as a shell of his former self, maybe this can all lead to a third game about either carnage as NYC’s new hero, or Peter trying to find redemption and forgive himself, I think that could be a neat concept for a sequel.
I've always really liked the idea of Black Suit Spidey from WoS coming back in some new story as an antagonist of sorts. For one thing, it'd give him a chance to fleshed out more (as I felt WoS did a poor job of justifying Peter's actions, even if just from his perspective), but also because with the symbiotes in the game being able to share powers from converted characters, I've always thought it'd be cool if he would have access to ALL of them, sort of like Regent from Renew your Vows. Like he'd be able to use Electro's powers, fly with Vulture's wings, slash with Wolverine's claws, all of that stuff. A scenario I've always really liked was if he became the big bad of some Multiveral crossover event, like a Spider-Verse or something, where he's already converted his entire world, aside from a small resistance lead by an older "punished" Mary Jane hardened by the war against her former husband, and it was up to an alternative version of Peter to take him down, and try to get through to him. Not sure if that'd work for a game or not, but I'd absolutely love to read that in the comics or something
@@dubsquad156 Y'know, that is actually a much better idea! This whole alternate Peter thing was a concept I came up with after playing Shattered Dimensions, which was before Miles was even a thing, so I never even considered that, but YES! Absolutely get Miles in there! That would be incredible!
This whole thing is seriously a big no-win situation for classic Spider-Man, huh? Even if he lives/kills Carnage instead of being killed by Carnage, he’s still got the Symbiote suit and is a shadow of his former self controlling New York and possibly later the world
The ONLY thing i would change is spiderman's death at the end. I think it would be cool if throughout the entire story the old Peter (pre symbiote) is trying to regain control of his mind. And at the end if carnage wins. He could either kill spiderman (leading to his two win endings with control or destroying symbiotes) or convert spiderman. Leading to spiderman ditching the symbiote. And spiderman and carnage working together to restore NYC.
I really like this concept. It’s not really what I think of when I picture “Carnage” but it’s really cool. I probably would have made it Agent Venom, but seeing as how he wouldn’t be created for a few more years, that would be wrong of me lol
I like this concept a lot, even though certain aspects definitely wouldn’t of been included if this was real. Mainly the super violent stuff. Peter may have ripped Wolverine in the first game, but it was completely censored. I also don’t think carnage being the main character works. Toxin would honestly be perfect for this though. It’d be cool if there was a third ending where Peter is maybe able to remove his symbiote for good
I think that happens with Miles, I think the comic is called Dark Ages (Don't know more details because I haven't actually read the comic) The villains used Venom and Carnage to control and have a Spider Man on their side

Oh boy do I have some things to say about this one. First off, great video. I haven't watched much of your content before but I am thankful the algorithm showed me your stuff. You're well spoken and have a decently, simplistic editing style which I can appreciate. You've definitely earned another subscriber today! Second, story is awesome. I don't have a great sense on how long this game's story would end up being in terms of gameplay and side content, so I can't help but feel like it sounds short. But that could just be because you only described the story and choice heavy moments. Speaking of which I love the idea of an insurrectionist Carnage. It's about as on brand for the character as violence is. Carnage has always been about personal freedom and controlling people because that's what traditional psychopaths crave. They wish to elevate themselves first and foremost and aiding Shield, betraying Shield, making his own symbiote clan, and even freeing or controlling new york would all serve to benefit him as well. I could very much see a symbiote free Cletus Cassidy at the end of the game monologuing how he has become an unlikely hero. Saying how it did feel good to be a "good guy" and how he is the best superhero in the world now as he stalks and murderers an innocent person. Also, I can see Spider-Man having some kind of mental vision of Uncle Ben and Aunt May as he's making his final choice, pummeling Carnage and mentally envisioning him as the man who killed Uncle Ben, or sparring Carnage saying to himself how his dead loved ones would be proud of him for all the good work he's about to do by expanding his invasion, both meant to sucker-punch the player that much more with how far Spider-Man has fallen as a villain. This could also be achievable with demonstrating something light hearted as the credit's roll like Peter's baby pictures or his wedding with Mary Jane in another timeline. Third, I love gameplay speculation, it's my absolute jam! So Imma try to add onto what you gave me. Like the last game Peter has 2 modes he can switch from to vary up his combos and abilities. His normal black suit which visually looks identical or near identical as Web of Shadows 1. All his black suit abilities from the first game have ported over and some of his red suit ones too, with some new ones too for flavor. The other is his "evolved" form which takes some abilities from the symbiote variant villains he faced in the first game. He would appear as a more veiny, blacker, more grotesque monster with currents of electricity flowing through him. Most of his abilities would be electricity based from the start but depending on who Carnage kills in the game, peter might absorb their symbiote giving him some of their powers, namely Wolverine's and any additional symbiote heroes or villains we may fight as side content. Carnage on the other hand is, in a word, wild. He bounces between vertical and horizontal combat as if he were literally throwing himself at the enemy and just watching himself fly, as opposed to Peter who more methodically transitions form wall, ground and air. His hands are Big and Sharp, his mouth is always agape as his thick jaws sink it down, and is both tall and spindly looking, almost malnourished. His attacks literally cleave symbiotes apart with red, non-symbiote blood, spewing out as the symbiotes of his victims try to hold, glue and puppet their dying vessel to continue the fight until they too are pummeled. Preferring to run on all fours at top speed and pull himself with his many tendrils rather than swing, he's all about quickly transitioning targets with the only move Spider-Man and Carnage both share being the Web Kick, albeit Carnage's is more of a pounce. I had a lot of fun typing out this comment and I am glad that my childhood favorite Spider-Man game is getting more attention. Thank you again for reading my comment 'till the end. I also have a idea if they refuse the idea of villain Spider-Man I also propose making same story but with something else that includes carnage and Spider-Man well more than one Using Ben Reilly as main character with villain Peter he has so much edge with him being a clone in the story so he fits in. everyone doesn’t trust him because he is Peter’s clone, and basically dealing with a version of himself killed some other heroes and most of the people he supposed to save But we also can include carnage by making him Ben’s symbiot making spider carnage since his suit is mostly bluer than og spidey normally, he becomes red in contrast with Peter also he has no mouth unless a berserker mode is a thing Or heck save that for the third game having it take into the united states more or have it be small hub worlds make it in the prehistoric land the island with Dino’s having x men and the other hero’s who don’t really associate with New York
My pitch Web of shadow 2 Rise of Toxin. The game starts with an alternate ending where in the first game, venom gave rise to its ultimate offspring, the magnum opus carnage infecting either Cletus Kasady (an ex shield agent with dark impulses who was held in a cell) or spider-man depending on your choices as spider-man to either focus on the fight with venom (turns into spider carnage) or try to save Cletus Kasady, leading into him turning into carnage instead. Fast forward a year later and there are multiple factions the spider symbiote faction led by a bitter battle harden symbiote spider-man with symbiote black cat, vulture, rhino, and moon knight. The normal venom faction led by the symbiote king (new name for the venom symbiote) Then the cult of knull led by carnage, shriek, symbiote sabertooth, symbiote green goblin. And lastly SHIELD, made up of iron man, black widow, luke cage, iron fist, Captain America. In this game you start as a teenager who is taken by carnage after he breaks through one of shield's safe zone, only for it to be forced to leave an offspring named Toxin as the iron legion saves you only for them to detect you have a symbiote before aiming they weapon at you only for symbiote spider-man to destroy them, heading straight for carnage with a murdous rage. Backstory time going back to saving Cletus Kasady or not, spider carnage in the end killed mary jane before transfering to Cletus Kasady or in the other choice leds to carnage putting mary jane in a life long coma, only alive through Peter's symbiote, this leads to a darker spider-man who now believes he needs more power and a thirst for revenge. In the battle you black out only to wake up in a cocoon in a symbiotefied new york city, where you meet Toxin for the first time, having taken over your body to escape all hostiles since at the start everyone wanted to kill you Spider-Man for thinking the symbiote was one of carnage's minions, the stark drones for detecting you having a symbiote, the king symbiote faction for being an off spring of carnage and the cult of knull for carnage hating you at the start. In this game you will be able to choose to join any faction, the Toxin symbiote being more of a child with no knowledge of whats right or wrong you decide how it grows up, leading to several skill trees associated with its moral choices, alliances, and evolution. I'll be sure to add more later to this commet but for now this is what I call the start of the story.

I actually have an idea for a rewrite of the TASM 2 game. Instead of 'adapting' the story of the film (aka telling a completely seperate story and stapling a few plot points from the film into the script) we take a page from the first game's book and start after the story, specifically, instead of recreating Uncle Ben's death, we open with them recreating the ending of the film, and then progress the to Rhino fight they cut away from. This could also place a different weight on the crime wave, with a significant portion of the city blaming the increase in crime on Spider Man's absence. As for Max and Harry, the film establishes Peter as frequrently being plauged by guilt ridden hallucinations, so perhaps he could flash back to them, with Harry in particular I'm thinking instead of having them as part of the Task Force from the start, it is late in the game that they start using the gliders, and the first time he sees one it sends him into a rage, triggering his flashback.

I think a really interesting video idea could be to make a video on a pitch idea for “spawn” i haven’t found a quality video on what a AAA spawn game could look like and Spawn hasn’t gotten a proper game in over a decade so i think this could be a fun video idea
Ngl, I don't think Carnage is a good dual protagonist for this. The way you're writing him makes it sound like you just want to use Eddie Brock. So why not just say he didn't die but the fight with spidey severely weakened venom? Would give you a good reason for why he has to upgrade and learn everything again
While I love the idea of Carnage being involved in the sequel, I think that at least storywise, he would better implemented as the one instigating Spidey in this turf-war of symbiotes. However, if you want a character that may have a chance that saving Spidey from this darkest timeline. However, there is a character that could do so whilst also not being corrupted by the symbiote, and that is Spiderman's biggest fan, Flash Thompson aka "Agent Anti-Venom" as he was one that proved to the world that symbiote can be a force for good.
I think he could have a place in the story like this: Flash loses his legs because of the events in Web Of Shadows or in a prologue to the sequel SHIELD is trying to develop a variety of weapons to defeat Symbiote Spider Man and his army, one of them being a genetically modified symbiote that has the power to absorb other symbiotes and break them down like a white blood cell, since it's a huge risk studying these things there's only one or two SHIELD symbiotes Flash is recruited by SHIELD since he's a soldier who has potential and a great sense of duty. He becomes Anti Venom. Since he's a Spidey fan his gameplay is similar to Spider Man's but with some distinctions: he has a charge and tackle attack since he used to play football and uses the combat training he received as a soldier. The choices in the game are: Kill the enemy or help redeem them
It would be cool if in the final fight somehow both Spider-Man and carnage are kinda down and out, and all of the sudden knull makes an appearance saying how he’s the true king of the symbiotes and you can either bow down to him, or fight him leading to either Spider-Man or carnage dying. Or both.
I always thought of a game where Pete becomes the main big bad using venom (Mind corruption and eventual decent into madness) and the main character being a kid trying to get by as the world starts going into ruins (Sort of like Earth 42 Miles world was) kicked off by Venom pete and the remaining hero’s are trying to keep up the fight. We would be playing as a kid who would eventually come across scavaging Mr negative being hunted down by Venom’s (Pete) soldiers. Where we eventually meet Peter for the first time upon him needing mr negative. Fast forward into gameplay we would be using Anti venom (I’m sure you can guess how) and we’re tasked with healing the sick and protecting the innocents all the whole Venom lurks over us. There’s much more I would add like the second biggest boss being a Carnage Super soldier from shield, who we befriend in the early parts of the game. Peter would be similar to “edge of times Peter” in his view on everyone around him no longer trust Hero’s and only *themselves* to handle the world. He has a multi million dollar company at his disposal with the making of dangerous chemicals laced with venom that he sells through his company so he can further the connection of him and venom to the world.
Gameplay wise I would also add a Madness meter it would work similarly to the karma system in infamous albeit a lot more proper. Swinging would feel more like Fortnite’s version of facing the direction of the targeted spot you wish to swing, there will be no web wings yet. Since we don’t particularly have any spider powers the game would be majority focused on the symbiotic abilities anti venom can showcase. Tendrils, spikes, spears (Think prototype). Fights would take place on walls similar to web of shadows but further improved. As the games progress you would eventually unlock way of the spider (A fighting style created by Pete in his prime as Spider-Man )I would love to add collectibles being things Peter had before his fall just so we could have a insight on where it went wrong and then eventually confront him on his new chosen morals as a way to try and bring him back.. The Main character of the game will have to go through different forces with very little help in the beginning. The police are buffed up to be able to handle the different symbiotes and their environments while the gangs are trying to gain access to much more dangerous drugs, weapons and vehicles to either survive or take.. some of the missions would have the mc stop them from breaking into police stations or sometimes military outpost. Sables armies are within the game and so is shields. Are task and Goal is to end the Madness of this world and stop Peter from contacting Knull and bringing him to earth. With a sequel potentially taking place on different planets preparing to fight knull (Think Jedi survivors).
Web of shadows was a good name for the first game. Mostly because it made sense as we saw the shadow within spider-man. But for a second game what about web of blood it's kinda dark i know. But i mean it has carnage in it.
Honestly, I would love to see a 3rd game of this, but have it be super complex with there being 2 different stories you can play, the Spider-Man, and the Carnage one, both take place in the same place but it is not New York
Hey! So just wanted to say this vid was really good. It had interesting ideas and even action packed moments which fit the theme that the first game had. But the main reason why i wrote this comment was to ask. Are you planning of doing a web of shadows 3 pitch? Or like a prequel to the first game pitch like origins for arkham. Cuz spider man does mention he fought sandman,green goblin,venom and even had the black suit for the first time before the events of the game. And maybe you can make ideas about him fighting carnage and mysterio which were the main villains for spider man classic( web of shadows sequel,but wasnt like your web of carnage idea). Either way amazing video,keep going!
Definitely a cool concept, especially with how you used Carnage, but I'm not a fan of how you portrayed spider-man. He just seems like a generic evil tyrant wanting to take over the world.
It would be cool if there was ever made a sequel to this game, if there was a different story based off the three endings in the game. That way there's a different playthrough for everyone. Kind of like telltale does with there games.
Everything seemed great except to the part where Spider-man dies, if would have been a better option to if he came back to the light or just survived but hold in a cell until when he is needed
I liked it but I think there can be changes the first one is carnage shouldn’t be the second playable character but the second final boss I think it should of been anti venom another change is instead of doom coming in I think it should of been Norman who is the one pushing carnage to be let loose to kill all symbiots including anti venom and in the end you have another choice purge Peter burning the symbiot off peter making him serve his sentence plus you could either use flash or Harry take on Peter
I feel like the story could use more Spider-Man characters. S.H.I.E.L.D. bringing in Kraven and/or Silver Sable to hunt Spider-Man, Curt Connors/Lizard working with Richards, Tinkerer and Stark and Norman Osborn coming in to not only rattle Spider-Man but serve as a devil on Carnage’s shoulder. Maybe Prowler (Hobie Brown) can be part of the resistance. I get using Carnage, he should’ve been in Web of Shadows but he doesn’t seem to fit the role here. Maybe the second character could be Agent Venom, Toxin or maybe Scream? I think the other life foundation symbiotes should be included. Wolverine’s absence seems odd considering the set up was S.H.I.E.L.D. tasking him with hunting Spider-Man in the evil ending. If one other Marvel character could be included, I would add the Hulk with the chance to convert him. Also no reason to kill Moon Knight. Moon Knight’s cool.
Why did you recommend the second playable character as carnage? Carnage could be spider-man’s rival for control over the symbiote city, but it would be more relevant if the second character was symbiotic wolverine! The character choice would involve weather or not he and spider man got along based on interactions and choices taken on how the symbionts city is controlled. The enemies of the game, as in boss fights and their themed enemies, could include the avengers! the choices could include simply sparing them and telling them to leave the city before more fighting goes on, convincing the avenger that spidey knows best and is working on a way to restore free will to the symbite zombies without killing the symbioses off in mass genocide, or an option to venomize the avenger and have them be an ally to aid in combat. The ending would be based around venom-wolverine’s perspective on spidey’s choices, and end with spider man’s death at the hands of wolverine as one of the possible endings.
I like where you thinking with this sequel idea, but Carnage being confused with morals is my biggest no to me. Carnage is the most disturbing, irredeemeble monster that has NO humanity WAY before having symbiote. and having moral choices in this idea is the stupidest concept I ever heard which even surpasses cosmic carnage in 90's.
To be fair he had some small affection for his childhood friend Billy Bentine…..replace the shield agent with him and have Cletus be possessive …..and explode with rage at losing him. The spider will be punished for taking his buddy away

I made a whole character on. The bad ending where he became god killed knull resurrected venom took over the universe with symbiotes dominated the god of light and ruled quite well like not a tyranny way just as if he was the government he talked with the four people in his head him venom the other symbiote and the god of light to make tough decisions I love it though it was going well I did make Wolverine a dog mJ a brain washed spy who hates him but the symbiote on her is what makes her a slave and electro vulture and black cat are his generals
Oh also forgot (I can’t edit so I comment) I gave him a superior iron man suit the one that bonded to evil tony and acted like a symbiote I though sheiks would make it to stop symbiotes taking over their guards but Peter takes it and uses the suit for him and his symbiotes upgrading them which is where I got his name Iron venom from though it’s out dated cause I made this when I was thirteen haven’t come up with a new one so iron venom has been his name sense
