@@randomuser5237 @Random User You can't just ignore that technology keeps evolving as well as the requirements and needs of a job... people used graphic tablets but these don't have the mobility and features of a standard tablet, which is why many artists switched to standard tablets once they got better. Some programs that are great for artists are only available on iOS because that's how Apple is (like procreate), and the ipad currently has one of the best stylus in the market for artists of all kind. Things change for artists just like in any other profession, and new things end up being required, it's what capitalism is for basically, it thrives on change and to be able to survive people need to adapt. There's little competition for the iPad as well. I mean, microsoft surfaces are another option but they are also expensive. And the samsung tab would be a great option, if it weren't for the screen and stylus (which could be because they had a different target audience in mind)
