Kaido being king. The world would become (censored) in all the pollution and chaos all around where lawlessness riegns on top. Guess Blackbeard would be a bit like it but more direct chaos as Blackbeard is more focused Shanks would probably be more nice but more happy freedom like Luffy wants to go all around the world wherever you want.

You have to remember what Kaido was all about the very first time he appeared in the series. He said he wanted the war to end all wars. I like to think that if he became Pirate King he would use the Ancient Weapons along with his own strength and the strength of his crew to dominate the entire world and basically force every army and citizen to fight in an endless world war until the absolute strongest fighters rose to prominence. Then, he would take on those fighters and either they can give him the glorious death in battle that he wants or the world would just continue to be a lawless pirate world until someone was strong enough to defeat him.

He does care about his crew. Probably just as much as Luffy. However the difference is Doflamingo wants them to be loyal to point of dying for him (especially after his brother’s betrayal), while Luffy would never want his crewmates to sacrifice their lives for his dream or sake.

Kaido's devil fruit is OP. On top of that it is awakened. I can't think of any creature stronger than Dragon in the Sky. So maybe his devil fruit is "Uranus" but he don't know this(Poseidon - Under water, Pluton - Water surface, Uranus - Sky). The main character should have this devil fruit. 😂👍
For me one of the moments that I feel helped to define Kaido was from 973. when he mentioned how Momo's dream was placed upon him. To me it seemed like Kaido disapproval of that idea of a forced dream, makes think that might of tried to have been pushed onto him.

Hey there, random theory here. Luffy will die. Law will revive him while they're on Sunny. Their fruits will be reincarnated in Nami's tree. Luffy will then have to decide if he will eat the Gomugomu fruit again or he'll be like Roger (without a devil fruit.) They will hide the Opi Opi fruit and later someone will steal and eat it. That person has interests on using the fruit's power together with the treasure of Mariejois.

Are Garp and Roger bad guys? Did Rocks release a bunch of experiments from Vegapunk, and have a huge battle while escaping with Roger and Garp, and only the strongest experiments survived? White beard, Big Mom, Kaido, and Shiki? Was Garp a pirate? He was recruited for his efforts to the marines, Roger refused. Garp has to hunt down Roger because he knew secrets about that whole event. Dragon found out about this and was set to destroy the establishment. Literally random thoughts, but something fishy is going on with the members of Rocks
When Shiryu and Blackbeard go out for breakfast they go to a bakery run by one of the many characters that Tekking has imagined that they would in a different version of One Piece.

The admirals vs kaido would be glorious to see. Sakazuki and Kizaru exchanging a few lines with kaido! Actually kaido and kizaru might be soul brothers. The way kaido treated oden, momo , and even luffy after the oneshot suggests kaido is looking for a certain type of person.
I just wanna say one thing about Kaido, Matt. It's still not confirmed yet that Kaido even has a devil fruit. My betting and theory is, hopefully down the line we see what Yamato really can do. If she ends up being someone who can turn into a dragon like her father, then it'll be settled. Kaido doesn't have a dragon zoan devil fruit. Instead it'll be revealed that there's a dwendeling race of dragon people where they can turn into dragons whenever they want. Kaido and Yamato are likely a part of that race. If it is a devil fruit, woah is me, for being wrong. But don't be surprised if it ends up being the other way around.

Kaido’s two biggest connections are with dragons and ancient giants, and if you were to assume that Kaido is somehow related to dragons (not via devil fruit) then maybe he targeted Wano because of Ryuma. The legend of Ryuma reached far beyond Wano, so it could be that Kaido has a connection to the dragon Ryuma killed, heard the legend and assumed that the samurai killed off all the dragons, so he came to Wano as payback and wanted the Kozuki for possible answers.
The thing about Kaido is we don't know for sure that he has someone that can read the Ponoglyphs. Big Mom has Pudding and Luffy has Robin I believe those are the only ones we know so far.
I think Kaido's curiosity with Oden is how he manages to have such devoted followers. He's used to chaos and infighting, and his crew is built up on meritocracy alone, in stark contrast to Oden and Luffy's leadership. Kaido wants loyalty, but the only way he knows how to get it is through brute force and breaking the wills of others.
What if Blackbeard IS Rocks? Like if Rocks had some sort of Reincarnation fruit where they basically recycle the body for the spirit? For one thing, it'd explain the old Marco remark of him not having a "normal body", and also if they are technically reincarnated spirits inside the one body, it could be the loophole used for multiple devil fruits.
Earlier today I think I realized why Kaido’s artificial devil fruits were made from apples it’s because Oda was using a bible reference in the story of Adam and Eve the fruit they ate was an apple and another thing that reminded me of this was I remember watching an anime called “Spice and Wolf” and one of the characters from that show named Holo said that “Apples are full of a rich sweet temptation from hell” also because Kaido’s dragon form has a serpent-like appearance and in the story of Adam and Eve it said the devil appeared before them in the form of a snake and tempted Adam and Eve to eat the forbidden fruit. Of course I’m just spit balling here.

I think Kaido's goal is to have an epic death. He is literally introduced attempting to kill himself by jumping from a sky island, then whining about how Whitebeard got to die in a great war and he didn't. He has also made similar remarks about Oden and his legendary death before. He probably resents Roger for the same reason. Kaido is the embodiment of Hiluluk's quote about how one only dies when they are forgotten. He wants to make sure he will be remembered after his death, so he is trying to start a great war to rival Marineford. If he doesn't straight up conquer the world, he will be remembered for a long time like those other great people he's envious of.
Yo Tekk- I think you hit Kaido’s origin story on the head. Kaido has daddy issues and tried seeing Rox as a father figure but it didn’t work out and now he wants to destroy everything so he can prove himself worthy of seeing Rox
