@@P55999 The Queen did not grant Camilla the title of Queen Consort. She had no power whatsoever to determine any titles for a future King's wife. And Queen consort is a role, not a title. Camilla's official style and title is Her Majesty The Queen. (or informally, HM Queen Camilla). Queen Camilla legally became Her Majesty The Queen on September 8, 2022, but was temporarily styled as the Queen Consort to avoid confusion with the late Queen Elizabeth and to ease the transition. They chose the Coronation as an arbitrary date to officially use her rightful style/title of Her Majesty The Queen.
Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon (to make it clear who I mean) became the Queen Mother (her choice of title) when her daughter Elizabeth became QE2. She lived extravagantly at Royal Lodge in Windsor and Clarence House in London, until her death age 101.
