I'd have expected Diego to lose it when a python ate his wife and children--because I DISTINCTLY remember an episode where he LITERALLY told the audience that "Ana [a wild anaconda] is really good at giving hugs!" That episode, by the way, was why my kids never watched that show.

The idea of a monstrous caterpillar that grows in size whenever it eats is a bit unoriginal, but it will always be cool and terrifying to see. It makes you wonder what's next on the menu. Solar Systems? Universes? Timelines? Would a god even be able to stop it from devouring all of existence? My completionist sadist side wants to see this through.

I understand that they don't exactly provide an explanation since this is supposed to be a joke, so I let me provide one that would make more sense and add some deeper meaning to this scene where Diego is the villain involved in the exotic animal illegal trade. I have a, what I believe, a pretty cool idea. On that one, I noticed that scar on his face. I also remember that Diego can communicate with animals. Adding these two to the idea that he had a childhood trauma where the animal his family conserved attacked and killed them while he got a scar in his eyes makes for a compelling villain backstory. Plus, you could also add that his current obsession with money might actually have started with the idea he, as a kids who loses his entire family, could save them with a costly high-quality health service before he failed to save them, and it turned into an obsession with money and wealth to get away from the childhood trauma and PTSD that constantly hunted him every time he saw his scar. That when he realized the exotic animal, especially one that his family used to protect, fetches for a high price, enough to satisfy his newfound obsession, and as a revenge to "slowly and softly" drive them to extinction (ironically the exact opposite of his family conservation effort) by building his own industry-level illegal animal trade to encourage it, while Dora is just a naive protagonist who did not realize Diego mask earlier (a plot twist for the idea of the villain Diego movie), and even after learning the truth, she still believed she could change Diego and "save" him, even though she clearly noticed it far too late. It would be pretty cool to see Diego use his conservation knowledge, the ability to communicate with animals, and the knowledge about the animals to drive his exotic animal illegal trade empire and avoid authority, particularly the forest ranger.

Well not my entire childhood was affected by this. Now if the land before time, Thomas the tank engine, Zaboomafoo, and rescue heroes were in this list, I'd be sad to the max.

I can't really tell, how many of these are real tv shows or similar? I mean i know of dora the explorer, and i am well familiar with goldilocks and the three bears. Same with Monsters INC. But i would really like it if someone could explain all of the references in these comics to me?
