2023 and it's still awesome I do like this one 2 for the tie mate? close but I love both songs ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-B62HbIFu-vI.html
The Whistler sequence of Roam is also awesome. Four guys just flowing with Boysetsfire's "Rookie" playing in the backgorund is probably my all time favorite video.
I literally just spent an hour searching for that video, because I recently remembered seeing this as a young kid. It seems like I wasn't the only one who was deeply inspired. Such an amazing video!!
ELD thanks you I looked for this song for awhile I had it on my old iPod I used to mountain bike and crashed and it broke and I didn’t know the song name
Wow, what a superb performance and video was shot and edited to perfection. Defiantly now one of my all time top videos I have ever watched online or T.V. Keep on biking guys, it is mesmerizing to watch your skilled maneuvers!
2023 same here, still the best mountain-biking video. They have captured the pure enjoyment of mountain-biking and makes me want to hit the trails every-time.
Mr McDerpy It's only hard if you think it is. You just have to judge where your jumping and where you have to land. Obviously you have to practice and it will be hard at first but in no time you be hitting those jumps and corners like these guys
This video is the reason why i started with biking ❤️ i saw it about 10 years ago with my best friend for the first time and both of as fell in love with this sport. At that time i was 10, now i’m 20 and still on my bike🤝
Absolutely the most 100% bad ass video I've ever seen. These trail shredders are insane. This is truly some of the most talented riding I've ever seen.
Love the video and how it inspires the sport. Just bought my son and I two bikes because of it. BUT, a little reality is due here. These are pro riders on a course that obviously took sponsored $$ to build. This isn't a couple of kids in the woods building a "fort". Look at the camera angles and video editing, engineered ramps and acres of mountainside realty. This video probably took weeks to shoot after many attempts in segments and assembled along with serious $$ backing. My guess is there were 20+ guys behind the scenes engineering the course design and building it, filming and editing the final product. Love it nonetheless.
This video was ripped of and renamed. It is actually the coastal crew segment from an old mountain bike movie called kranked 8, so yeah it is filmed with a high budget, kranked was one of the best mountain bike film series of all time. The coastal crew are some of the best riders and diggers around, while some of the trail may have been machined (by them), they always build their own trail on the sunshine coast, and their trails have a distinctive style. The ramps are easier to build than it looks, coming from somebody who helps build them. This is their job, and they took the time do do all of it except the filming/editing on their own. They have now build their own bike park, so look them up before saying stupid shit
max loukidelis Stupid shit? I call them like I see them. According to your statement just about every one of my comments was right on. Stop playing keyboard commando, I was complimenting the vid, not insulting it. Read a little more and stay in school, that way you won't be serving hot dogs and cokes at your 7-11 to make a living. Wow.
wingmanalive seemed like you were insulting it by calling the whole plot bullshit, that's how it came across. Like I said, they built the course themselves! Production crew was there to film and to provide some funding for materials, the makers of kranked didn't really pay the riders much at all... What does staying in school have to do with this? If your trying to make me sound like some stupid fucking school boy, that won't do shit, this has nothing to do with academics. Serious question, are you stupid, or just American?
This video is filmed in 2009. "Kranked 8 Revolve" mountain bike DVD sells for approx $82.92 on Amazon.ca or $30.78 on ebay. Yes, the original video you see here is on it.
I swear i though there was an HD version of this out there,, Can not find it/// I cant imagine that much camera work and not doing 1080+.. even back then
+MinecraftXBla360 simple, these bikes are toys, great for fun but very limited. an enduro can actually get you somewhere. And it can handle much more terrains and you can actually ride it for the sake of transportation.
South Wales! Bike Park Wales, afan argoed, Glyncorrwg etc! I've got some videos of the trails round here, the latest ones are shot on a go pro hero 4 so check then it bro=)
graham dawson Swinley Forest Bracknell is in Surrey. Not that extreme but has plenty of blue and red runs and a very small jump section so if you are just starting it will keep you busy
sweet video ~ imagine the hours logged by these guys building and riding this trail. Nothing that nice in Ohio that I can find. How does one learn to do flips and stuff without killing themselves in the process?
+Bryan Spillman Indoor foam pits usually..... We dont have anything like that here either... Most of our "Good" trails are up North(towards these guys)......
Man these guys are one with their bikes. These guys know how to ride! This has got to be the best mountain bike video I have ever seen!Man you guys are BAD TO THE BONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Great video,I loved it.
fuck that, your not gonna come on here like a beginner and say that shit now come on. Obviously you need a fuck load of experience to ride shit like this. Id be doing that trail everyday if I could.
To be honest i doubt they would die if they crashed, maybe a few broken bones. If you compare this to the crashes at redbull rampage and take into account that most of them walk away unscathed...
human beings aren't as fragile as you seem to think. To die on a trail like this is unlikely (possible, but very unlikely) broken bones are much more likely. I know some kids who do parkour jumping around rooftops every day and none of them have died from a fall and they're 2-3 stories up. Granted they've had some nasty slips and fallen pretty hard. The worst I've seen from them is a couple ribs + both arms at the wrist, he broke his fall w/his hands and it didn't quite work.
These lads are well skilled and look to me as though they're working within their limits. They are building the tracks and riding them, using their mind and muscle, what they're suppose to do. Yeah, they might have the odd dingle, but we all do, that's what helmets are for...If I had a son I sooner have him doing this than a lot of other thing young blokes get up to...Good on em. Take care
These guys aren't even wearing gloves! You wouldn't catch me doing any of this without a full suit with elbow, knee and hand protection. All that sweat, you could easily loose your grip. These guys are wearing short sleeve shirts! Ever seen what the ground can do to exposed skin sliding across it?
