The dig about brown people being brought up in comment section is soooooo true.... just yesterday one of my junior team members attended a meeting with my peers to take notes , within seconds it turned out a idea thrashing session and pulling people down ... those peers got escalated because there was another higher up in the call.... blah blah.aside... the junior staff casually post call... asking me... are u fine .. I am like yea .. what happened... she replies... I mean they were super mean.... I replied...seriously???? My skin is more thick ... else I wouldnt be working in a field filled with more men than women and reached this top.... plus plus..all these r thanks to my parents and relatives... who were my first comment section haters... 🤣🤣this reply came out so casually the junior staff laughed .... and later I was like... true that we are thick skinned...
