I believe the town they're showing while discussing Commoragh is Gävle, where Alfabusa grew up. The architechture seems like the 1970's Swedish projects, slightly reminiscient of the Soviet style. Not 100% on that one, though, so don't take my word for it.
@@back_to_the_couch If it's one thing the 1970s Swedish projects managed to capture, it was the zeitgeist. Fear of the a-bomb, concrete Soviet-style hab-blocks, and a growing antipathy towards your fellow man, all rolled into one little neighborhood.

Don't know what's happening to your lighting, but it's giving you a florescent vibrancy, and I kinda like. That said, I also enjoy the more crisp and clean lighting you had before, just know that whatever this is, it ain't all bad.
