2% is not a lot, most agents getting now 2.5% -3% and its not enough most do not become anything but average wages... because referrals are always fees, agencies want 15%-25%, taxes are huge...and car, gas etc....

I'm in Canada and I'm explaining to my Buyers that you are paying my commission. You bring the money to pay the Sellers and that's where money gets disburse. Without buyers there are no commissions. I'm gonna use this line even with the sellers.
