The Moody Blues - Nights In White Satin but as if Type O Negative wrote it. Few weeks ago, October Noir and I were speaking about making a collab and we both agreed this song would fit greatly into the TON atmosphere, but I also remember that a lot of you suggested this one!
So, here's our majestic goth and doomy 'Green Satin'.

As much as Denis nails Pete Steele's voice, and he totally does, let's also take a moment to recognize his excellent selection of covers. Pete used to do a lot of covers, and they were always songs that expressed a sentiment that he could relate to, but that sounded nothing like Type O's music. And the songs Denis chooses are songs you could totally see Pete covering on a Type O Neg album, if he were still alive and dropping them.

This is absolutely amazing. My dad turned me onto the Moody Blues, and I remember many a night when he was at the kitchen sink, washing dishes while Nights in White Satin and other MB tracks played in the background. And what an awesome mashup of styles this one makes!
