Times ago I did it every day, but after a knee injury it’s not possible anymore, I do other exercises now possible ❤❤❤❤

Since my thighs and legs no longer have strength to stand, I do almost nothing other than eat, sit and sleep. I miss my life so so so much🙏

Your body is inflamed. Stop the inflammation you will stop the pain and issues in your body. Ginger, lemon, berries, walnuts, etc. this heals the body. Consume daily😊 God will get you through 😊

Wichtig und entscheidend, Körpersignale wahrzunehmen/ auf seinen Körper( zeitig genug) zu hören. Dann lässt sich auch einiges an Stress verhindern. ☯️☮️🌸🙏

You need to Inhale when bringing your palms up to the chest level and start exhaling when bringing the palms down, There's no need to hold breathing in between, just Breathe in and out like you would normally do.
