Besides the prophet's explanation, Paul puts it this way *"Rom 7:15-25 For what I will to do, that I don't do"*. I suffered for decades masturbating and pono and by my strength or will / intentions no chance as the prophet said. This is how it went so easily. I concentrated on the Lord Jesus Christ instead and not on the sin. Why? Because by concentrating and looking up to Him sorely, I am admitting that He is Greater and Bigger than my sins or any of my problems. How? By praises, worship and thanks giving more. When? Praying over and over the sins issues, I found a problem. How? It became bigger because I was magnifying the abominable more than Christ. Praise be to the Lord God Almighty. Shalom

God saves, when you are saved, gradually you are free from the grips of satanic hold, its how you stand in God will determined how fast your deliverance will go, some confessed Christ yet allow lost to reign in them, the power of God is available to save and break satanic hold.
