If you have 1 apple and 1 egg, you get the famous 1-egg apple pie in one pan!
Preparation and ingredients:
Grease the baking tray with butter
Sprinkle with sugar
Cut the apple into thin slices
Remove the center of each apple circle along with the bottle cap
Place the apple slices on the pan
1 egg
A pinch of salt
7 g vanilla sugar
60g sugar
Mix well
60 ml vegetable oil
150 ml milk
White wheat flour 150 g + 8 g baking powder
Mix well
1 tablespoon vinegar
Fill the apples with the dough mixture
Fry over very low heat for 15-20 minutes
If the dough doesn't stick to your hands, it's ready
Turn over to the other side and cook for another 5 minutes
