This chicken thigh recipe has become one of my family's favorites. It's so simple and yet incredibly delicious. This chicken thigh recipe is a must-try for every family. I can't imagine what I would cook if I didn't know this recipe. Roasted chicken thighs in a garlic and honey glaze - I could eat this every day. Cook with love! Cook with joy!
Ingredients and preparation:
6 chicken thighs
½ tsp salt (or to taste)
Black pepper
1/3 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp paprika powder
1-2 tbsp vegetable oil
4-5 garlic cloves
1 tbsp butter
1-2 tbsp vegetable oil
2-3 tablespoons flour
100-150 ml light beer
2 tbsp soy sauce
2-3 tablespoons honey (60 g)
1 - 1 ½ tbsp apple cider vinegar
salad
400 g white cabbage
1 carrot
1 apple
1 cucumber
Green onion
50 ml olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp mustard
Salt
Black pepper
