Cheap and delicious chicken recipe! Today I have prepared a very tasty recipe that you have not tried yet. Chicken with rice is always delicious! A simple recipe that everyone will love. Children especially love tender chicken thighs. They are very tasty and juicy. Try it and you will want to do it every week! They are so delicious that I make them every day!
▶ Recipe and ingredients:
6-8 chicken thighs
Dry off excess moisture
Preheat the pan with some olive oil
Fry over high heat for 3-5 minutes on each side
2 cloves of garlic
Salt, pepper mix, paprika
1 onion
Fry for 2-3 minutes
1 carrot
fry for a few more minutes
Bunch of green beans
1 bell pepper
1/2 cup canned corn
400 g washed rice (I used Basmatti)
Fry for a few minutes to dry the rice
Take 2 parts hot water per rice
Salt to taste, turmeric
oregano
cover with foil
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 30 minutes
Remove the foil and brown slightly
This is the most delicious chicken and rice I've had in a while!
