Umm, it’s called Caramel. They make it all the time. Some Chefs just boil the can of condensed milk for hours rather than frying the moisture out quicker.
Thank you for having one ingredient when you said that is what you were going to have. So many videos say one ingredient or two and then they actually include multiple ingredients.
Today my mum bought a jar of nestle milkmaid ( condensed milk ) and I was very happy to see it but now I opened youtube to check such tasty recipes with condensed milk and suddenly I found your video so I clicked on it and started watching it after a while later I realized that if I try this awesome recipe I will be no more because if my mother get to know that the condensed milk is finished today only so ✴️boooooooom✴️ I will be no more but a day will come in future when I will buy milkmaid from my money and try this awesome recipe. Thank you❤️
Ts not the hear you need to watch, it's the water. The can WILL explode if it boils dry so check regularly and top up with more boiling water regularly
It's called brigadeiro in Brasil. But we roll it in coconut flakes, chopped nuts, white or chocolate shavings, chocolate sprinkles, etc. So simple and delicious.
THANK YOU SO MUCH ❤ I WISH I COULD SHARE A PHOTO. I just made this and OMG!!!❤ IT'S THE BEST THING I'VE MADE! And to say it's only 1 Ingredient!!! I made a batch of these and can't wait for my husband to come home from work! 😂😊

In Brasil, we call this brigadeiro. Same method, except we roll the balls in shaved chocolate, white chocolate, chopped nuts, chocolate sprinkles, colored sprinkles, basically anything you like as long as it could be dipped into it. ❤
I feel like most people don't realize just how versatile sweetened condensed milk can be.. I used it to make a multitude of recipes better.. I love it with maple syrup.. I mix it 1 to 1 in a small saute pan on medium low heat just until it lightens changes color.. then drizzle that over my blueberry pancakes(or any other type), as well as French toast.. just elevates it enough without going overboard
During the pandemic when no yeast was on shelves and the dairy aisle was empty, I found Condensed Milk and Condensed Milk Cake. Now, the pantry always has Condensed Milk as I never knew all that Condensed Milk can do 🤯 😭 Thank you 🥰
Yessssss! Everytime I go to the grocery store, I buy a can or two of condensed milk to keep in the pantry. It's a must have and I used in so many recipes. You can always add it as sweetner in your coffee! God help me! I can spoon it out of the can and eat it. It is so dammmmm decadent! 😁
Or Charlie Kelly's vitamin balls from it's always sunny 😎edit holy smokes I just realize I commented on my own comment from two months ago. That's enough Internet today
I'm going to tell you the most easiest and tastier recipe. 1 pack tennis biscuits (or Marie biscuits) I cup hot black coffee 1 tin dessert cream or fresh cream 1/4 tin caramel treat Mix cream and caramel treat. Can add some instant coffee if want coffee flavor to it. Dip biscuits in hot coffee and layer in bowl. Then layer cream mixture over biscuits. Then layer some biscuits again Then layer cream mixture Top with some flaked chocolate
It's Carmel .. . You can also take the can put in in boiling water every 30 min turn the can over with a pair of tongs. Add water as it evaporates, keeping it at a boil. Keep turning every 30 mins for three hours. this will result in the best Carmel you ever tasted in your life. When done. Let cool in water. Then put in fridge over night. Next day open with can opener. You can use to put on any dessert ice cream coffee or even inside cake.. it will be your go to dessert you can't live without❣️🎉 condensed milk is just milk cooked down with sugar. Adding a teaspoon of butter on pan thickens in when cooking it helping turn it brown and carmelizing it ...
Try adding about 150g of dessicated coconut at beginning. Cook it out but keep it white. Turn off just as it's starts turning brown. Roll into balls when cool, eat like that or melt a bit of chocolate and dip one side.
So sweet of you, at last found a you tuber to be so perfect in saying one means one . Fiordland time also you tubers say 5 minutes and then they say let the dough rest for 15 minutes 😮. SO Happy with you . I m Indian .
Actually, this Recepie is very, very old and my Mom used to do that 50 years ago. Because NESTLE Condensed Milk is very oldest and reliable brand. Even today Nestle has this recepie in their Free Cooking Tips Book.
Update! Thank you for the ❤️, Gina. You deserve a million hearts. I’ve made this twice since watching your video and it was a huge hit. I love cooking simple yet delicious desserts and this certainly didn’t disappoint.
Ooo! Is this where it gets turned into dulce da leche (sp?)? This certainly seems less dangerous than a pressure cooker and much faster than boiling the can unopened for 3 hours then waiting for it to cool! Oops! Nope-- but I want to try this too! Thanx so much for sharing! Take good care!😊
'cud' = partly digested food returned from the first stomach of ruminants (Cows) to the mouth for further chewing. You spelled all those other words well but couldn't do that one? Seriously? Now you learned something!
@@extremesoutherngal I think in America it’s called dolce de leche, we just call it caramel, we bill the tin in a pot for about an hour - hour and a half, make sure the tin is covered with water and doesn’t boil dry. It’s worth it.xx
As soon as I had to deal with trying to hear your instructions along with your music..I went directly on to the next video. I have a vondition that effects my hearing, and cannot hear low tones. I hope people who want to make any kind of instructional video sees this, and removes the music. I couldn't hear your voice over your music.
This is absolutely amazing, I made this as a kid and sold it. It is a very popular delicious and very simple Candy/dessert in Africa. This brought back my childhood memories 💕 from Sweden
This is called Khoya in India. It is a raw material for several sweet dishes. You could add chopped roasted almonds, pistachio and cardamom powder to make the dish more interesting.
Simplest and easiest way....take label off sweetened condensed milk can....place can in a medium pot and boil condensed milk for two hours....take can out of hot water....sit in cold water until all the way cool....open can after cooling and you have caramel....store in tight lid and container in refrigerator
@prathiksharai5271 you will add the cocoa powder right after the condensed milk. 2~4 soup spoons, really depends on the percentage of the cocoa (i usually have the 70%, and this will be 3 spoons)
