I've been running a shopify store for the last year but was never all in and it was just going "OK". Had this new brand idea sitting in my mind for a while but kept running the other one. Anyway a few months ago I decided to go all in on the new brand because I could see myself running it for 5+ years and building it to a significant scale, and it was easily the best decision for the long term.
