Technically bartenders should file a T1, a T4 is a statement of remuneration paid which your employer files and gives to you 😂 Just goes to show how convoluted taxes are!

It's actually correct to say you file a T4. At one time, you had to mail in your T1 with all your information slips, which means you filed your slips, too. Now, if he asked what you filled out, then that would be the T1. Which proves your point that taxes are convoluted. Source, someone who prepared tax in the 80's and 90's.

The satire is appreciated, the underlying matter, draconian oversight and overreach of bureaucracy in Canadian society has become almost dystopian. No wonder Canadians are leaving the country in record numbers.

Tax taxi would be fine while being able to speak English or French instead of English or Spanish. Unless of course someone has been paying cash often to recieve the wrong kind of thing while according to people like Tucker Carlson Canada needs to be liberated from Trudeau.

Taxes should be applied once. Rather than canadians being robbed 3 times They are taxed on every dollar they make. Taxed on every dollar they spend. Taxed on every dollar they save/ invest. 50% of your wage is spent on taxes no matter how you want to accept it.

Tax rates for Canadian income goes as high as 33%. The un-United States have 2 tax brackets higher than that, one at 35%, the other at 37%. So people in the un-United States have higher tax brackets. 😮 The average Canadian pays, approximately $13,000 CAD, where the average person from the United States pays $16,000 USD in income tax. Which is funny because the lowest minimum wage in Canada is $14/hr. So not only are our taxes lower, but we get paid more by default. 🤯 Thanks for the laugh Dumberican. Bahaha 🤣😂😅😊 Edit: Just so you know, Americans get taxed for all those things you mentioned, also.
