I've had a similar thought about it some time ago. I used to feel lost when I got out to some place new, and more than just that, afraid of the feeling of it. But I realized that I could never be lost if I have myself. If I know who I am, I can always figure it out.
I definitely have been there too. It’s okay to be afraid just don’t become those feelings entirely. That’s a huge realization and I hope you’re proud of yourself 🫶🏼🫶🏼

I believe your wisdom is a gift from the Divine that has chosen to favor you, and now you're sharing your gift with others for which you will be blessed with even more. Loneliness is a vulnerability that only exists for those that have not developed a proper relationship with themselves and should never be the driving motivation to pursue romance or any other relationship. This places an unhealthy demand on the other person to meet your need which can soon birth resentment and hostility. The prevailing culture is producing many that greatly fear looking into themselves and are completely unwilling to try. This leads to profound disconnect from one's feelings and conscience which is the necessary precursor to do that which is unconscionable. A life lived fleeing one's own conscience; I cannot imagine anything more terrifying. I subbed, please keep being you.

Some said yes, some said no, some said both 😂 but seriously! Thank you so much, this comment made me feel so seen. These past couple days I’ve been teetering on the edge of the loneliness I’ve felt in the past. Tempted with sinking into those familiar feelings due to the contrasts of my environment that are out of my hands. It’s pretty difficult to be some place where you’re singled out and treated differently than everyone else. But this time going through that temptation, it was much different than before, i was there for myself through it this time. Allowing myself to be, allowing it to pass through. It was like a part of me wanted to label it as loneliness but the bigger part of me reassured me of the truth. I was frustrated with not having an outside source of comfort… and that’s valid but I’m not alone 🖤 I hold a ton of respect and love for the Divine, I believe the same, thank you for the confirmation 🥹
