I don't understand the complaints.... You can always skip to the part where they are explaining the answer. But if they cut the question, then someone might miss the exact problem that they have... I hope I'm making sense. Thanks for asking this question and I find your situation unbelievable and interesting since I'm way off on the other extreme. Good luck to you my bro! 🤞
dont worry about it bro, they just mad u made the video a little longer for them, i enjoyed your question giving more context and so gave the mind pump dudes more stuff to talk about
@@DB-sd3cw TO be fair the true crybabies are the people who won't shut up about having to sit through 3 minutes of a question. Those are some true whiny bitch crybabies if you ask me.
You compliment the caller so much about how mature his knowledge is for his age, but you should pat yourselves on the back for educating him. He said he listens to you non-stop, as do I. Thanks for the knowledge.
I love this video! Super educational and helpful. I'm curious, have you ever heard of Next Level Diet? I got a personalized fat-loss meal plan from them and I love it.
Everyone complaining is a little inconsiderate. Weight loss is easily one of the hardest things to do in life. Everyone is different. At least he’s trying
Body Dysmorphia is real. Been cutting for like 2 months from 221 pounds. Am like 198 pounds now, the more I loose weight, the more I feel fat and want to loose insane amounts of weight. Cutting more of my calories now and it's killing me. People in the gym are commenting saying am looking skinnier and much better but I don't see that when i look at myself. Y'all need to be very careful.
Facts. I was 215 9% BF and never wanted to take my shirt off in public, and always felt fat. Friends and GF would always say I looked great and I always ignored them. Now when I look at old pictures I see how dumb I was wish I enjoyed it more.
I know what you’re going through man, I was 5’11 135 lbs barely any fat left, and all I could do was eat in a deficit. Eventually gave myself a binging problem and went up to 170. Now I wish I’d just upped my calories a bit and gained a few pounds the right way.
Needed to hear this. Lost 80lbs started a new job in 2019 which was very active, this kick started my weightloss. In 2020 I was learning to trade stocks and was obsessed, I was watching the charts from 9:30-4pm forgetting to leave my room for food. Ended up doing omad. Played lots of basketball that summer too. I was essentially starving myself but it didn't feel like it then. I gained back 40 pounds recently dealing with a high stress situation for 3 months. Eating out, eating late and stress eating. Now that I'm trying to lose weight again it's 3x as hard. Cravings are crazy and progress is much slower than the first time. I was under the impression that I needed to starve again. Increased activity and a caloric deficit takes more time but feels way better
I’m working on this same issue with my Dr. And trainer. They have me eating above maintenance with carbs and protein high, and fat low. I suggest getting a trainer who does weekly measurements, and a weight loss plan. By doing this you will be able to monitor your weight, measurements, fat level, and muscle size.
Cesar, 3 simple steps: 1. Clean carnivore diet. Will give you nutrition and SATIETY without overdoing intake 2. Weight training 3. Walk 15K steps daily
Thank you for this valuable information. As a 23 yo just starting out, I'm happy you put this information here for us to take the right steps and think about how we treat our bodies.
Wow! I don’t know why I keep getting surprised how great and honest these guys are. I hope all the so called fitness people online learn a few things from these guys and realize that you can actually make a living doing the right and honest thing when it comes to fitness
Ok 66+ and 44-46 years ago powerlifter. After LIFE, I AM NOW retired, thank God. In shape for my age. Now working F3, YMCA, BICYCLE, ROWING, TOTAL GYM and old school soloflex good. I recently got down to 200 again. Balanced meals, less red meat, lots of chicken, veggies, fruit and rice. Suggestions for quicker recovery?
I’ll be 56 in June! I used to tbe in great shape ! Running a lot!! Racing! I needed hip surgery! I had to stop running! I was down to 160! I gained some weight up to 190! I fast trying to lose weight! Trying to get in shape again! I either eat OMAD or 2 meals! Lift weights ! I’m just struggling with my weight!
After going on an ill advised, roughly 1500 plus calorie surplus for 2 months, I actually feel good and strong but of course I packed on some fat. Now getting back down to something reasonable like 2500 a day is super tough. I think it's also hard also because im going really heavy in the gym and my appetite is through the roof. Early last summer, keeping it to under 2000 a day was kinda easy, now i don't even know how i was able to do that.
Remember, hunger is mental rather than physical. You can go three weeks without eating(give or take). So, if you are eating 4000 calories and you drop to 2500. Yes, mentally you will tell yourself you are hungry because your brain functions on repetition, but in actuality you aren't really hungry because you consumed 2500 just the day before. Dope name by the way!!
Eat more food that will Satiate and keep you full longer, always eat protein with every meal or snack, that helped me curb my eating throughout the day. Good luck on your journey!
@@alexkirschner9672 thanks for the advice! Ive adjusted pretty well to the lower calorie diet now. The hardest part is keeping it at or around 2000 while getting my protein to 150 daily, or higher. As a general rule I won't eat anything over 200 calories that doesn't have at least 10 g protein.
This is the episode where I discovered you guys. I could really use help. Im 25,Male, 5'9 down from 35% body fat at 210 lbs to 165 lbs 17-18 body fat(scale says 15 but no way I think) Ive been trying to reach 155 lbs, or rather 13% body fat or so. Ive now been maintaining at 1500 calories for 3 weeks.. yeah you read that right. I maintained a month at 1600 so I decreased them a bit but 1500 is so low man. Started gym a year ago, when I started dieting. And Im not even losing fat, idk what to do
@@Facecel_ not necessarily. I'm 6' 127lbs currently bulking at 3200, maintaining at 3000 but there was a time not that long ago when I maintained 120lbs at like 1400kcal
In this case you need either to incorporate extra cardio or you need to switch to a mini bulk (1800-2000) for around a month or 2 in order to build muscle. If youre stuck already with low calories you need to gain muscle in order for your body to burn more calories just for maintaining your muscle mass. Once you have muscle you can go on a cut again and you will loose it faster this time because you are burning more calories just for existing
@@HeavenRoadV The only answer is more muscle. It is simple, just really hard lol. You cannot be eating that low amount of calories, get your calories up, but also your compound lifts. Add 5 pounds a week if possible and if you need to gain weight its okay. Dont be so precise with the calories now, get more protein and carbs in, more weight, do it for a couple months until you gain weight and then try cutting again but with a more higher baseline. Go for what people call (Lean bulk)
I think they want to let the people give a little context and make the Q&A personal. Yes, he may took some time and some information did not add much value, but its also about human interaction and not just about a quickfire Q&A
Waist- 32 I did carnivore diet for about a month, thereafter never really eat carbs on a regular basis, cutting sugar helps my skin condition, after 2 months here i am waist 28.
18 hour fast and keep your glucose in the low 80's with a high protein diet and 1500 mg a day of berberine and guaranteed you will be a lean machine 💪 and don't worry so much about counting calories, it's all about controlling your hormones is the key to losing fat but nobody will tell you that, either because they don't know or they just don't wana tell you how simple it is and this is for staying lean, and you will fill great
What exactly do you mean about controlling hormones?? How can I do that, I'm interested. I do one meal a day and I found out it has helped me shred fat.
@Imagine You when I say control your hormones I mean controlling your insulin and glucose in your body which is the most powerful hormone in the body if you don't get that in check it will be impossible to get low body fat percentage, so like I said 18 hour fast every day cut out the sugar and take 1,500 mg a day of berberine eat a clean high protein diet and you will be lean and mean trust me people won't tell you this though because they wana Try and sell you some bull crap supplement or diet that always fails ,
Let's try focusing on eating high net-nutrient whole foods, and increase expenditure? These calorie restrictive plans don't preserve muscle tissue, and you're most-likely depriving yourself of essential nutrients. Weight loss is not fat loss.
You know I’m sorry guys but I think you could have expanded on a few things. For a lot of people numbers are hard and subtracting calories from your diet does not mean much. When and where from their diet should it be removed? First thing that needs to be addressed is what kind of food you’re eating. For example sugar intake should be the first thing you reduce. Let the body have as much food as it wants, just don’t eat more than 9 grams of sugar. This way your body gets used to maintaining its mass while running on protein starches and fiber, carbohydrates nonetheless. Then you need to walk or 30 mins after your workouts or do stair climber for 7-14. This way your body burns extra calories but not at the expense of reduced pituitary hormone production. At this point calories should be cut but slowly. If you’re not taking PEDs I have found this is the only way… you will maintain muscle. You must control your mind for this as the fat loss will be slow. Being shredded is cool but feeling small is not, I understand this guys plight. It’s a matter of controlling your mind
For a person who is overweight (not extremely overweight but still overweight), should he be doing ST more or cardio until he is closer to the goal weight and then start ST? Any suggestions
Please paraphrase the caller questions. Idk if they're trying to soak up their 15 minutes of fame or what but these people always take forever to just spit the question out
I'm in the same boat as this guy. M 30y 6ft. been hitting the gym 6 days a week PPL split and eating ~2059 calories and my weight isn't shifting after 8weeks. I am still making strength and rep gains. Tried going down to 1600 2 weeks felt like absolute shit. Im worried the years of bad dieting has FUBARed my metabolism. Not sure what to do.
Main thing he has to do is replace his smoke alarm battery. I don't know how people live with that constant chirping, it would drive me absolutely insane lol.
Hello everyone, i have a trial in 5 days for running 1 mile. What supplement or injection i should take so i could perform my best. Some friend of mine suggest to take Deca Durabolin 50mg? Should i take it or not. I need guidance.
Hi, as mentioned reducing 1000 calories from diet is too aggressive. How about if 500 from diet and you burn 500 calories from cardio/activity. Will there be any metabolism issue ?
I'm mid way thru 26 and I was fucked yolked at 24 I just wanna get back to that or even better man but I took so long off cause of medical issues. I'm trying to be professional mma fighter I am only 5'5 about 160-165
How do you stop hunger feelings? I've been aiming to lose fat build muscle for over a year now and started calorie counting 4-5 months now, because I would over eat at the end of the day to relieve feelings of hunger. Eating approx. 2000kcals but could eat double the amount at 170lbs (was at 240 at the beginning)
Yeah that body weight is muscle. When you don’t ingest protein your body searches for it in your muscles and your muscles atrophy. You need to eat high protein in a cut to maintain muscle.
I’ve totally run into these issues! My body does not respond to cutting calories. My Dr. And trainer are both working together to speed up my metabolism.
I’ve recently added 30 mins of fairly hard cardio to the end of my 1 hr weight training, has anyone here ever done something like that , is it useful for getting rid of body fat around the belly? Will it negatively effect muscle gains ?
If you're looking for mainly fat loss and maximum calorie burn, then that routine is reasonable. However, if you're looking to build muscle/strength, or maintain as much of this as possible whilst cutting, then it's best to separate weight training and cardio from each other.
Don't do cardio right after Weight lifting. It will kill ur gains in terms of building muscle. What u can do is plan to have cardio later in the day and u can't, have days where u do cardio alone like 2 to days of 30-45 mins of cardio.
@@christopherdavis4135 Very true. Always separate cardio and weights. Do weights earlier in the day and cardio later for maximum recovery and muscle retention.
Cardio is over rated no prove that helps with weight loss. An hour of weight training is to long. Follow the Vertical diet and Stan Efferding the best.
Omgggg his question was so freakin’ long !!!! Like learn to get to the point broh!!!!!!! Or you’ll lose a lot of people in todays day and age !! I got anxiety listening to him !!!
Watch this if your trying to drop body fat ... please i dont want to watch another stupid video telling me how to drop body fat . If u have a pill that will take me back to when i was 18 years old then no thanks .
@@Haidderispro Okay. Fast. Just Fast. 72 hour fast. At least one every week. Walk a little, and don't eat excessive calories like a pig. Be mindful of your diet and stay relative clean and healthy and don't go over maintenance on your feeding days and after a couple of weeks see what happens. You really don't even need to lift weights or do a ton of cardio etc but you can if you want to, just don't overdo it. And no. You don't have to waste your time meticulously counting calories and logging and recording everything you eat and weighing your food. That's just bullshit. If anything is unsustainable it's that. Imagine doing that every day for the rest of your life. Insane. Fasting is the way to go. Definitely been working well for me.
@@chefxhyrule242 lol That's the advice that everybody tells everyone and yet why are there always so few shredded people? That's because under that advice its goddamn fuckin hard. Why did I have to listen to this guys life story , we can all see you we know what you do . Honestly the more I have to hear peoples hard stories and feelings the less I care. I can’t wait till people go back to the old ways of not telling everyone about there boring problems.
