"If You Want a Leader Committed to the Community, Elect Women," Says Hon. Naomi 

Hon. Naomi, speaking in Rhamo, Mandera West, passionately advocated for women’s leadership, stating that women are more responsible and dedicated to community service compared to men.
She made the remarks while accompanying Mandera Woman Representative Umulkheir Qaasim together with 12 other women leaders at the launch of the National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAAF) and the women empowerment program for Mandera County.
