@@mtnfraggle agreed. I like the sounds of some parts of the build, but I dislike that being the central point of the video, especially when some of it was just incorrect LOL
@@TheRamarsetya NOT so much a skill issue, but more of a lack of time management ability, weight issues and a lack of females interested. the 4090 would have been my best friend, my girlfriend and my LORD and savoir. Passing classes would not have factored into the equation.
Dang. I'm someone who has always purchased the biggest possible case to get the best cooling and thus the best performance (and easiest maintenance). But even with exceptional cooling, the performance gains are pretty minimal - which has made me want to try doing a Micro ITX build once my current parts all get outdated. So, while you made this look easy, we didn't get to see the torturous part with the PSU mounting and presumably nightmarish cable routing in that limited amount of space. But hell, the finished build looks amazing!
@@DuckForce6000 no thermals either... this case is shit. All these ppl saying it's good have no clue what they are talking about. Check reviews. Ppl can't even get their cpus below 60s in idle.
Omg, this is one of the first short styled build video I enjoyed!!!! Normally RU-vid is flooded with these short style video, where the builder is slapping aggressively with parts or the unnecessary fan blade spinning.. Really enjoyed this small form-factor build 👍 Please keep up the good work!
What about the ForFun02Pro (which doesn't appear to be available to purchase yet)? Would you still say this is the better chassis? ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-gMkQPIji08E.html
I liked this one because it is able to fit a good water cooling system, after all with it being this hard to build and take apart i want it to be as easy to clean as possible and not have to take apart as often. So want as little air cooling as possible. But yeah it also looks good. I watched your video but I'm afraid it will run a bit hot and maybe too much work to keep clean. But the clean white design looks really good. About the temperature problem i still haven't seen any tests on this case or yours so i guess its hard to know for sure. I'm probably just going to order this one because it looks aesthetically more pleasing+ water cooling. and my store has it in stock and offers to build it for me. Though i would have loved to see a stress test to see how hot these kinds of tiny pc cases get. As that might be a concern of overheating. @@ThatBeardedBrother
That's an amazing build and a lovely case with amazing cable management. Also as of this moment, pcpartpicker says it'd cost $3400 to do that build, not including operating system.
Oh my god, possibly the best SFF build I have ever seen with little to no compromises. It has a 4090 and a 13700k, along with an AIO, all packed into such a small size. What more could you ask for?!
i want to see it running under load without thermal throttling. Without that this is a waste of time. Influencers like to influence you to spend your cash on products that do not meet your needs. If it sounds like your mothers vacuum cleaner, throttles down to behave like an old Haswell machine and eventually cooks your processor that this video features pretty packaging and nothing more. I have tried many SFX builds and there is a limit to how much heat can quietly be dissipated.
The Sliger SM580 is better than this case, if you're looking for something similar. It fits a 280mm AIO for better CPU cooling, and has two bottom fans to help cool everything else. Also you can get a handle to carry it around like a suitcase and they sell an optional bifurcated riser which would allow you to add another PCIe device if you really wanted to. It's the best possible performance SFF case with absolutely zero compromise.
@@9999platoit will definitely thermal throttle. At best itx is good for like 60-70 series for nvidia and maybe a 6600-6700 for amd. Obviously lower cpus too.
Be careful, every PSU is wired differently, don't ever use different cables than the ones in the package unless you're extremely sure what you're doing (or unless they're just extensions)
I took that case from america to EU, built quality was great it could survive checked luggage, but its super heavy so I would recommend a laptop if you gonna travel xD
Just finished building this exact config as a portable option. Temps are solid and no thermal throttling. I play mostly e sports titles, but was just running BG3 and Tarkov, everything maxed out and CPU didn't go over 60c and GPU hovered around 65-70c. Completely fine. Do you game in a sauna? lol
I have this case same motherboard I love the case I think its still one the best looking sfx cases out. It get a bad rap as hot box but if done using the right parts it can keep cool I have a I7 13700k , msi z790I edge, 32 gig of corsair Dom ddr 6000, Phantek 240 gen2 with T-30 fans, Phantek 850 Plat psu, 1tb 980 Pro, 2Tb 980 pro, 4090 Msi Vent, Phantek shift xt black
@@truuuupR in this type of community it sometimes helps to have an idea especially for those who are to build their very first sff for parts compatibility and such. No need to let them know that you don't care, move along for we don't need such negativity in this small space. Have a good day.
Nice looking build, curious about the choice of the 13700k vs a 7800x3D, which is both faster for gaming and easier to cool? It would let you move to a 850w PSU as well and give you budget to upgrade to a larger/faster SSD at minimum.
clean looking build but it would be good to show some perf numbers or temps & noise levels at least. It's a common issue with SFFs to run really hot with the Nvidia 4080+. There aren't any intake fans with this build and I'm curious how it could manage cooling and noise.
@@Nick-hi7udyeah even as a lightly experienced builder, what they're saying sounds like nonsense. If I recall, don't the 40 series cards have super overbuilt coolers? Even in a crampt space, i'd expect it to be reasonably okay, so long as you have some air flow going on. The fan on the card is *directly facing the outside air* even. The CPU is the one in a potentially scary spot, but we're using an AIO, so that's being handled nicely as well. Just don't overclock the 13700 cuz if that's the CPU i think it is, it has trouble being able to take enough heat away from it when overclocked.
@@shirothefish9688 Pretty much. The 4080 nor the 4090 thermal throttles at any point in SFF cases. They are 8-10 degrees hotter at the worst of times, well below any kind of performance loss. The guy literally mislead others for no reason
it's really funny that i got recommended this because i just moved over to a mini itx build so i can take my pc to college. i personally chose the HYTE revolt because of its pop out handle and headphone stands
Switched my build from a mid ATX to an mATX midway. Not running a 4090 so I can afford a bit less cooling optimization, and I move around a lot so itll be a big boon to me.
