You are blowing my mind. I had it firm in my mind that the dual horn grills stopped after '63. My pan VIN is 1964, but the front clip was replaced. It makes perfect sense to me that it may not be correct. The thing that is freaking me out is that I have the 1963 and older heater control, and the tunnel does not look to be modified.
