Yeah it is....ewww...hopefully she washed it out first. Even then yeah....ewww....she didn't need to get fully in...she could have just not shut the lid. But not that big of a deal. Unless it wasn't her trash can...lol Hopefully it was the recycle...not like I can tell which bin is which...The recycle bin shouldn't be as gross...
