iFlight threw everyone a bone avoiding RID by shipping with that 500mah pack but adding an xt30 connection unlike the avata… But that frame cracking: no thanks. My AOS Cine25 with cf prop guards cracked the same way. Upon checking the carbon fiber specs with a caliper the variance was between 1.24 and 1.5mm. Spec was 1.5mm. Bottom line is the DJI Avata is tough as hell and nobody has come up with anything superior yet. Good review, bro. Thanks for the honesty.
Hmmmm cost of that versus the cost of the Avata, which has a good bit more features on it. It has some stiff competition that is for sure. Hope you and the family are doing well.
what rate setting to make the flight smoother? I'm practicing indoor flying, but I'm still finding it very strong, the places are very narrow and it's very difficult to slow down to make the curves

Really can't go wrong with any of them, both are good options. It's mostly a matter of which batteries you want to buy/use and whether you want a 4S or a 6S drone. I'd probably go for the defender.
I have both... and yes although the are both whoops, they are both very different. If you aren't bothered about sub250g then the cinebot 30 6s is an absolute beast! (Check my channel for cinebot) but if you want sub250g like I also do, the defender is also in a class of its own! But as said in this video.. I am also awaiting the upgraded ducts as the current ducts are awful!
Nice video. Is it just me or the low music in the background is distracting. Not sure if it was purposely placed in the video. I had to mute my headset to see if it was the video or external sound.
I can't believe that little branch cracked your frame. Why have a propeller guarding frame at all if it's just going to snap, cause a crash anyways and cost more money to repair than a prop?
I was also promised new "upgraded" ducts.... well I received my package from iflight and it contained just the same sub standard ducts... I've emailed them asking why I've been sent just the same ducts and not upgraded ones and now they aren't responding to me!
