There are no ports on the GR8 transmitter to hook it up to a computer sadly but if anyone is selling a FHSS (protocol) compatible wireless usb receiver module, that would probably work since you can bind the transmitter to the module which would allow you to wirelessly control your aircraft in the simulator as if it were a drone. @@Adrian25185 s-fhss is actually different than FHSS in terms of the RF frequency and type of signal, I tried binding to an FHSS receiver with S-FHSS but they are not compatible, it has to be normal FHSS.
@@Adrian25185 Okay so I just looked into it. It seems like GepRC's "FHSS" protocol is some sort of twist on FRSky's protocol but isn't compatible with anything except the GepRC FHSS receiver that comes with the TinyGo bundle so unfortunately it seems like there isn't currently a easy way to use the GR8 with a simulator.
Learn how to do a review bro because your review skills I know you learn to know but you know watch the people who do reviews first like Captain drone cuz he's the best at it him and Braswell cuz you don't you supposed to be narrating through the whole thing you ain't supposed to be out there playing with it you supposed to be reviewing the checking out up close now
I get the whole videography and more engaging aspect of the reviews, but this is one of my older reviews, more of a showcase (since you can't even really get these items new anyways). When I made this video, I was still extremely new to the hobby so not having any camera equipment except for my phone was and partially still is my standard. Someone like captain drone was lucky enough to get popular off of camera drones (thus allowing him to progress with a higher end camera because of revenue) and then shimmy his way into the racing drone hobby from company offers. I would disagree about Captain drone though in that regard, he doesn't seem to get how electronics actually work, he just knows the basics which is why it "reflects" really well with his audience who are half pilots and half non-experienced people. I enjoy his videos but even someone like me who went from 0 to full FPV in about a year can see that in his videos. Bardwell is fine but his videos are completely unedited which isn't always appealing. Albert Kim seems to hit the sweet spot for this kind of stuff 😁
