Even if the rocket blew up on launch destroying the tower wouldn’t have mattered in the slightest I’m glad they were successful. I can imagine the FAA swooping in and grounding SpaceX for months.
I remember when NACA, then NASA, could barely get a rocket of the pad without it exploding. Russia was ahead of us is Rocketry for some time. Now our private sector companies are showing the world how it's done. Congratulations SpaceX, and Elon Musk. It takes a true visionary to make it happen.
FAA would be wise to comprehend that Elon Musk will likely soon be in position to determine whether the USA even needs the FAA at all when Trump appoints him to restructure the government to be efficient.
Somebody at FAA woke up to the reality that Trump AND Elon might come and burn their ass in a couple of months if they persist with fart assing around and worrying about their ego.
Elon Musk is so adorable, so brilliant, and such a lovely human being that everything in the universe conspires in his favor, and even the beings of the highest celestial court literally bless him on his day of triumphant victory today!! Do good, be fair, focus on your fair project, and the universe responds with its power! And Elon Musk is 100% good! Wow, I LOVE this wonderful Being! 👏👏👏👏👏💖💖💖🗽🙌👨🚀🚀⚔️💫🙏💐
I think we can separate science from politics. I think Harris is a pro science president so she will definitely encourage SpaceX but might critique Musk for his policies for his employees.
