Same kami ni Igan na kanan nastroke as mild stroke matagal ako bago nakarecover na diagnose ako sa dugo till now may check up ako every 3 months for maonitiring dahil sa polycythemia pero after 1 year nkakapag trabaho na ko unti unti ako nakarecover Construction pa trabaho ko bilad sa araw nkakapagbubong pa pero di ako pwede magbuhat ng mabigat till now construcrion trabaho ko stress dahil foreman pero I pray to God na gabayan ako sa araw2 para sa aking pamilya kaya wag mawawalan ng pagasa at wag magpatalo sa anxiety yan ksi magpapahina sa inyo magrestart lang kayo balik sa umpisa,,, salamat

Bago mag progress sa diabetes yan nagkaron muna ng insulin resistance sa stage pa lang ng insulin resistance meron ng hypertension yan. Under insulin-resistant conditions, stimulation of the vasculature can result in vasoconstriction which increases blood pressure. Low carb diet is the key and be not sedentary
Sir namatay po kuya ko dahil sa brain Aneurysm overweight po sya at wala pong exercise I think yun po dahilan ng pagkawala nya mahilig din po kaso sya sa Gluten dahil nga po sa religion namin na ganon ang diet vegetarian naman po sana sya.
Nagka highblood din ako,nag gamot ako 2 weeks pero tinigil ko at nag herbal ako ng pinakuluang Bawang,iniium ko tas kinakain ko ang napuakuluang bawang,not the best taste pero 10 years na ako di na ulit na highblood

Mas mahirap talaga kapag highblood na tapos diabetic pa tulad tatay ko at mga tiyuhin ang sasarap kasi ng mga kinakain mahilig sa fastfood laging na-iinvite sa mga okasyon. Nasobrahan ayun sementeryo.
Doc,ganon din po nangyari sa akin,actually dti OFW sa Kuwait nangyari Yun shortly naramdam ko ung manhid ang Kamay sa right side tumabingi ang face at tumulus alway at nanigas ang sila ko mayroon daw ako blood clot.
Yun ang case ko back to 2015 dahil sa sobrang busy sa work nakalimutan kung inumin ang maintenance medicine ko resulta na minimal stroke ako hindi ko na kayang maka recover agad kaya nag early retirement nalang, ang hirap pala pag nakalimutan ang maintenance medicine. Awa ng diyos ito buhay padin kaso pilay na mag lakad.

I am a mild stroke survivor in 2022 - December 24-31 nasa Ospital ako, and my healing period miraculously was until April of 2023 nung mag-pantay ulit ang facial ko. I got 190/110 and it is a good thing my sugar level is only 87 and I don't smoke kaya manageable. My stroke was due to LACK OF SLEEP (FATIGUE) and DEHYDRATION... I would suggest ke Igan, wag ng mag-piluka at cap... dagdag init sa ulo... nakaka-heat stroke.... God bless all.

Ang Mother ko 30cc ng blood nung nahemo stroke siya 7 months ago. Hindi kasi niya iningatan yung BP at sugar niya tapos nagalit pa siya nung araw na yun. 10 days siya sa ICU and ang naging side effect sa kanya is humina ung left side niya pero mga nasa 80% naman. Miracle nga daw kasi madaming dugo yung sa pumutok na ugat.

Ako rin Doc, hypertention ako. Last 2 weeks ang taas ng bp ko. Then hemoglobin ko mababa . Mayroon pala anemic at highblood. Now ng tatake ako ng Ferrous and binalik ng doctor ang gamot ko, Yong combination na gamot. Olmesartan medoxomil /amlodine 20 mg/5mg. Kc umabot ang bp ng 170/98 but now 123/78 . Kng bumaba na. So gamot na naman for e months. But everyday ko check bp ko.

Gusto ko lang po ishare ang nangyari sakin. Na mild stroke po ako last nov28. Wala naman po akong bisyo puro exercise din ako sa araw araw. Wala din po talaga sa history ng family namin. Kaya lang po ay abuso sa katawan. Yung todo sa trabaho kulang sa tulog at tipid sa kain. Nag over fatigue ako. Dun ko po nakuha ang mild stroke ko ingat po sa lahat monitor palagi lalo ang bp.
Payo ko sainyong dalawa pilitin niyo matulog ng early sa gabi 9 or 10 am dapat tulog na kayo kasi kayo lang makakatulong sa sarili niyo akonga gumaling sa anxiety nung early nako natutulog
Naranasan ko rin yung ibang sintomas medyo tumabingi face ko n nabulol n di maka grip ng maigi while in my work n sa labas. Nagpa check ako agas n nalaman ko mataas konti Cholesterol ko n sugar. Kaya Tama po magpa check agad. And I maintain yung mga gamot kapag mataas talaga.
