With regards to using step 1: the overall effect of the language , I thought you only use it once the first time you start answering and you'd comment on the whole passage and the second time you answer like for the second batch of three words or phrases you only repeat steps 2-5
Hi William. You should have two separate paragraphs as each paragraph will focus on a different paragraph. Each will start with the overall effect... But you follow the steps for each.
Hi I learned that for analyzing the writer’s effect, I had to first explain the meaning of the word before I analyze the effect of it. Does this also work?
Sure. There are different approaches. Just remember though, your analysis is always going to get you the marks, rather than explaining the meaning of words.
