The same as Gotham nights which I liked the part when you had to Chase Clayface around Gotham nights was fun and yes I had to play as Batgirl she's the closest to Batman but if you think about it Marvel's Avengers and Gotham Knights are better games

I really really hope they don’t shut this game down. I’m having a blast with it. I’m about 50 hours in and I’m having trouble putting my controller down.the only thing I struggle with is the lack of mission variety. Everything else is a lot of fun

I really wouldn’t call it a downgrade imo Just a separate focus. 1 is a melee action game that focuses on spacing/moving flow/combo and countering The other is a third person shooter with a focus on spacing/moving Flow/combo and countering. Like I’ll agree knights combat reflects her a little better but that was just with the berserk mode and like gadgets.

I mean the gunplay and traversal is probably as complex as the free flow combat. Fuck the traversal is for sure more complex and skill based The problem is that’s the only gameplay loop whereas Arkham had stealth exploration and set pieces (and Batmobile combat but I try to forget it)

Obviously only watched gameplay. The game is fun (imo), voice acting is top notch, cut scenes are among the greatest I’ve ever seen. The combat is what you make of it, if you make it easy on yourself then it’s boring, but if you make it harder it’s so much fun.

In other words the games too easy, got it. Stop making excuses for mediocrity and buy games with proper difficulty and fun gameplay. If you reward mediocrity they'll keep making mediocre games. You're part of the problem.

The combat was actually pretty fun for a gun game, and the traversal was great. The two things that ruin the game are the repetitive side missions and 2nd half of the story (where the league is disrespected) -also captain boomerang is pretty great imo, but Harley was unbearable. Hated that it was part of the Arkham series

Gotta love doing escort missions in order to earn enough money to purchase missions. Yes, you read correctly, grinding escort missions to progress the story. Wanna know the funny thing though? You can bypass the escort missions by buying the battlepass for a 2x multiplier on cash. Gotta love modern day gaming 💀
