hard to get quality when i'm guessing the amount of people working on the car models and sounds is almost double or triple any other racing game out there. the more people working on something the greater chance for outliers that tarnish the overall quality
I really like that this game has a bunch of older cars from the 90's and early 2000's. I can fantasize about fixing up cars that aren't completely impossible to own. I have switched from GT games to the Forza games around GT3 but I'm getting tired of only having mostly supercars and that's it.
***** Opel is sold in most of Europe, North America, Africa, South America, Oceania and Asia. Vauxhall is only sold in the United Kingdom. Both manufacturers are owned by General Motors.
Yeah it came out a lot sooner than I thought and tbh it just seems like GT5 with a few more cars and a rearranged menu. If they spent the time to make all the cars premium and even put a little bit of damage, that would make the game tonnes better already.. and I wouldn't mind waiting an extra 2 or 3 years for them to get it perfect
I don't understand WHY there's so much negetive comments and opinions about Gran Turismo. Gran Turismo really shows how beautiful cars really are. It really does succeeds to show how magnificent machines cars are. That is something Forza can't do. I mean the replays, photo mode, the perfect choice of music and all these cars and content! Forza will never EVER be a better racing game than Gran Turismo. It's not even close to be the same, even if it's not supposed to. That's at least how I see It. The GT franschise is made for those who LOVE cars. I think that is what people doesn't get.
I agree. but if you want a racing game that feels much more realistic physics wise then play the old game Ferrari Challenge. Do a few laps at Spa on gt6 and keep going until you are pulling perfect laps. Then do a few laps at Spa on the game Ferrari challenge, keep going until you are pulling perfect laps. You will see the difference.
I love gt but forza has the best sounding 350, 409, 426, 427, 429, 440 big block sounds in any game and old school muscle cars should rev till valve float not bounce off a rev limiter like a 80s or newer fuel injected car. Those are the only gripes i have with the game series at all Big throaty v8s are sweet music to my ears and there is none of this in gt. Also they shouldn't make all the cars shift like f1 race cars older cars should have some lag with clutch engagement where they feel like there banging into gear. If they address this GT will be a unrivaled champion of the car racing game market and racing sim market for that mater.
cjhawk67 I agree with you about shifting like f1 cars. I thought I was the only person that see that. But I'm sure they're going to improve a lot GT7. I hope you understand me I'm portuguese. Lol
Yamauchi passion for cars is astounding.... I mean.. this guy is going through thousands of cars recording engine sounds for GT. Pro racers running GT as practice...average nobodies become professionals going through GT academy and competitions. Hell.. his technology and programming was used for the Nissan GTR.... Yamauchi will die happy knowing he created all this. but will he reach perfection? Forza? Thats just a video game.
Seems reasonable. People are getting very spoilt with the graphics, these are BEAUTIFUL. Its also running on 8 year old Hardware, people are saying the sound is terrible with is laughable since they use recordings of real cars. People expect unrealistically sharp sounds which is just not fitting to a simulator.
Just because they are recordings of the real cars doesn't mean they are high quality ones. HD sound takes up a lot of disc space that they might not have wanted to so they could fit in all of those cars
The room on the disk isnt even the main problem. when you have 1200 cars it is an issue. The sounds are old, they dont have enough time or money to re-record hundreds of sounds from all of these cars, most of which are old and rare. Cars didn't sound shitty in the 90's, an old super cars engine still sounded awesome. The complaint wasnt made about forza because they made less cars so they could revamp everything, including the sound
Dinobot2468 No he is right. audio files can be very small but uncompressed file can get very very big. 9/10 most of the blu-ray in a movie is taken up audio bit rate
Shocking. This is the second time Shuhei Yoshida has said "Let the reviews speak for themselves" in confidence and yet it's not this game that is supposed to knock me out of the park.
I have been playing GT6 for about a day, and I have to say that it blew me away. The UI is faster and more fluent, the sounds are better, there is massive difference with GT5 as far as handling goes, the collaboration with KW and Yokohama really paid off. There is an abudance of cars and tracks to choose from... Leave the Xbots raging cause they know how much inferior Forza always was. The only thing Forza has better is damage, and even damage is not as good in FM5 as it was in FM4. FM5 came out with half cars, half tracks and the game is designed around microtransactions, it's only a pretty tech demo. FM5 should be free to play actually... I did get around to playing GT6 with a wheel at an event and it was as if I was driving a real racing car. EDIT: The game looks MUCH better than this video, the graphics are sharp and clean. Don't be fooled.
***** They are. I drove a Honda FIT, an Alfa Romeo Mito and a Renault Sport Clio and they all sound different. What else do you want? If you expect every everyday car to sound like a race car like in FM/Shift/Grid then news flash, that's not how cars sound in real life.
***** I don't know why people are so interested in the sound. Shift/Grid always had better sounds, but none of those come close to GT's quality. I rather have great content than great sounds. While you talk about sounds, I talk about physics and content. I talk about Vision GT which the reviewer didn't mention. I talk about improved suspension and handling systems via the KW/Yokohama partnership which the reviewer almost did no mention. I talk about X2014 which was designed by Red Bull's F1 chief designer. I talk about tuning your car to be a track car or a drift car, anyway you want it. I talk about how 99% of racing drivers use GT as a simulator, I talk about how I can drive outside with my car and create a custom tracks by connecting the GPS with the in-game's Course Maker. I talk about how companies will be using GT6's Data Logger to improve their times for races. I talk about stuff that actually have an impact, I don't talk about the freaking sounds. You'd think that after 15 years people would have accepted this.
MidnightChampion As much as I love GT6 so far, I can't agree that the cars' sounds has gotten that better. Don't compare two or three cars together and judge the overall quality of the sound based on wether or not they sound different. I must state though that -- According to one of GTPlanet's entries -- there's an upcoming update that will improve the sound quality a lot. So hopefully the sounds will get grittier and sharper than before. But nonetheless the current sound engine (regardless of that update) is good enough; it has improved without a doubt.
I have to say this reviewer was much more consistent and serious than the idiot from Gamespot who reviewed the game only based on his initial experience with the Honda FitRS. Bravo, IGN.
What about the horrible AI with rubberband effect, lack of details on non premium cars and the outdated career mode with no qualifying and mostly only rolling starts? The AI seems even worse than GT5. I keep winning every race with all assists off even if I do some really bad mistakes thanks to the rubberband effect. At least in GT5 if you made mistakes it would be challening to catch up, but in GT6 they just simply slow down and wait for you. The crash physics is another issue I had hoped would be fixed. A game that consider itself a simulator really should simulate this realistically so you cannot bounce back from a wall with hardly any impact on your lap time. Also thanks to them removing the description of premium cars I have now given up completely on cockpit mode. It really sucks when I buy a nice car and then discover that it lacks interior details. I really dont want to keep switching between cockpit view and bumper camera. When it comes to cars I rather want quality over quantity. Edit: also forgot to add that it still has tearing and framerate issues. I had really expected smooth 60fps when using the cockpit camera, but sadly that reduces the frame rate ruining the sense of speed.
gran turismo 7 next gen, please reduce the car count by half, update half of the half to the next gen quality, update the other half just a little bit so they look like PS3 instead of PS2, put an insane damage/physics engine in with extreme simulation, and better sounds. I bought a PS4 this time around instead of an xbox, dont let me down sony
I've loved Gran Turismo my whole life, the tracks, variety of cars, fun competition and how much soul it's had over the years. I do think that GT5 pushed the boundaries a bit, I personally thought the car sounds and damage was off. But it had over 1000 cars, weather setting, course maker, more tracks, the museum, brilliant GT Auto shop with sexy music. Fun and unique events, beautiful visuals, jazz music, awesome tuning, better cars, and much more. People just don't realize hoe special the GT series is, and I'm not saying its better than Forza. But I grew up with it, and even with its flaws, its the pinnacle of racing games, with Forza alongside it. Lets not rebel, we are gamers who must not argue!
I completely agree. My first game ever was Gran Turismo on my ps1. I've loved the series ever since. And like you I thought GT5 was amazing. I was so excited that the series was back after so many years that I bought the collectors edition. It came with a full book on driving and tuning techniques and tons of other car stuff as well as a model GTR that I still have on my desk. The series really is something special and while I'll admit even I need to play other games like Shift 2 in order to get the full on immersion and great sound effects, I always come back to Gran Turismo thanks to its sheer size, tracks and outstanding physics. GT6 certainly has its faults but in my opinion, that shows that it's truly a great game. Think about it, some games have far less content and appear more polished and get higher ratings. Polyphony Digital focused on the actual important stuff; physics, cars, tracks, tuning cars etc. and they put so much work in to that that I really can't blame them for not having a full damage system or for not making every single car HD. A blacked out interior Hakosuka that looks a bit rough around the edges is better than no Hakosuka. Hell it's even better than having a fully HD Hakosuka but without impeccable physics and over 1000 other cars.
Has anyone here completed and read/watched the Ayrton Senna tribute? Yo that ish bought me to tears! Both the one of the saddest and happiest moments in my video game life lol probably because the story this time is 100% *real*. But yeah I agree with you guys, from a pure gear head stand point, the pure physics of the game and the types of realistic racing experiences they try to provide you with are unparalleled imho. Axel Trainwagon I remember that booklet! Being a lover of cars as a child, that was what drew me into this amazing franchise and racing in general, the sheer amount of detail and nuance was mind blowing and provided me with damn near all the technical and practical knowledge I have of racing. Gave me the ability to just rock over to my cousins, play Forza 5 for the first time and give him an ass whoopin despite him having owned it for over a year lol
This game was held back a lot by the PS3, on PS4 it could have been amazing. And comparing it to Forza is like comparing small apple to a big apple. Forza is on next gen.
***** yeah but how they play out with what car and what track was really a big difference with GT and GT2, if GT7 comes out and it will, i REALLY like PD to put back the RPM Gauge and the 3rd car view
I can assure you all here today after playing GT6 that it is only slightly better looking than GT5. HOWEVER!.. It's clear that Polyphony weren't focusing on graphics, they were making huge improvements to the physics engine. Cars feel so much more dangerous as you creep over the 400 HP line. Trying to take off in a Huayra with no traction control is a constant battle for traction as the torque will get the better of you. It's also vastly more fun to mess around in. You wanna go nuts in the dirt at Willow Springs? Nothing is stopping you, whoop it up. Feel like strapping NO2 to you're Mini Cooper? Well I hope you brought fresh underpants. Gran Turismo is fun again.
I think Forza 5 has spoiled me to much, this game looks like shit, I have no Doubt GT7 will look absolutely amazing on PS4 though, i just wish they would have released GT6 next year on PS4 instead of PS3 this year. Dissapointed
NoThatFamous It didn't really make sense this time around. Since they were late on GT5 and they couldn't make as large a graphical jump as GT1 to GT2 and GT3 to GT4. In fact I don't think they made a graphical improvement at all.
definitely. Sadly Forza blows GT out of the water right now. But a GT has a huge factor, sooo many fucking cars, go karts, F1's, and sooo many fucking awesome tracks. I wish we could get a racing sim that had a better balance between quality and quantity.
***** im surprised they never made a half-assed port or anything. I mean, Injustice Gods among us made their way on the consoles and it feels like they have been out for a while.
It all means nothing if playing the game looks and feels like crap... Butt ugly visuals, terrible sounds but yeah there are a lot of tracks... Good for us... :P
do the cars still handle similarly to how they do on gt5? I always thought it felt like the camera was attached to the rear wheels, steering didn't feel right am I the only one who thought that?
someone pls help. when I start the game it begins to download some update and downloads it for veeeeeery long time. i tried a few times to download it and the last times it said: "an error occured during the instalation" and it stopped. then it starts again and repeats. what is the problem?
IGN may i ask what kind of game capture device you guys are using? because when i look at other youtube videos for example from RajmanGaming the game looks alot better then what you guys are showing
They still don't get the car sounds right... Well 1200 cars and like 50 tracks, Forza 5 could have done that but nooooo, they were too lazy to do it and instead gave us 250 cars and 14 tracks.
It's exactly 2 years after its release and I'm still playing this game. What people don't realize about GT is that it doesn't feel all that fun when you initially get the game. However, if you stick with it and continue playing, you eventually start falling in love in with it. GT6 is honestly an amazing game. You just need to play it long enough to start appreciating all that it offers. Not only that but Polyphony supports their games for years to come. Since its release this game has had so much free content added to it. You always have new things to look forward to and the game never feels dated. If you're on the fence about whether you should still buy this game, listen to me: GO GET IT!
I have to admit it pains me that i dont have a ps3 anymore since i got a ps4 but i did get GT 6 day one and really im proud that they keep adding new content atleast then the people that are still enjoying the game get what they waited for.
I agree. I actually grew up with GT since I was 5. When I tried out Forza, I thought "meh I don't really want to play this", but when I stuck with the game, it was just awesome. I love both series, but I hope GT Sport will be good because Forza 5 and 6 totally lost me. Yes, the realism in those games are awesome, but I felt like they lost their sense of speed and fun that GT and the previous Forza games provided. Hopefully, things don't get too realistic with racing games because, in my opinion, it ruins the fun.
personally i think this is a prelude to what is to come in gt7, but i have always been a fan of the gt series in their more serious approach to racing vs the playground effect you get in forza games. once they can get soft body physics as well as graphics and sounds sorted it will be amazing!
good review, i got the game and think it's amazing, but i agree with 8.0 because the sounds are still terrible and should have been improved, no excuses for that. apart from this it's funny that there are more forza fanboys watching and commenting stupid stuff here than GT players.
Still, I personally do not mind the sounds, as they could have been far worse. Its nice that the cars sound close enough to their real life counterparts.
Belmont2500 sound is kinda half the experience though, and some of the car sounds in GT6 are just not right. kinda like Need for speed shift 2, after you upgrade some of the cars they all pretty much sound the same, they have the same pitch and drone, just with a very slight difference in engine sound. it would be nice if racing games actualy spent more time getting good/realistic audio.
2018: things has come a long long way, those tracks are regularly featured in most Racing games today (apart from GTsport), Forza with almost 800 cars that all look great with cockpit view, AC, AMS, rF2 all have mods that could rival the car numbers of GT6 and PC 2 took thing to a new level with graphics/realism while maintaining huge car selection and the by the best tracks of any game (not counting mods on AC AMS rF2)
Why on earth is everyone comparing this game to Forza 5? Forza 5 is on next gen and GT6 is on current gen n it was a smart move cuz ps3 still has a big fan base. Cars look nice in Forza 5 but 200 cars n 13 tracks with no nurburgring?! dissapointing jus because all cars have forzavista wen in real life u cn look at them cars in real life plus GT6 has pushed ps3 to its limits wen it comes to graphics but graphics dont make a good game does it the gameplay matters and its better than gt5 by far licenses are no longer optional that was the point of gran turismo in the first place n carrer is far better than gt5 was i would give gt6 a 9 out of 10 they need to improve on car sounds mainly, n AI cuz there still abit dumb mainly but better than gt5 was.
Yeah it's annoying as hell, every damn gt video some stupd fanboys are like FORZA HAS BETTER GRAPHICS AND SOUND SO IT"S BETTER. I bet you a lot of the fanboys haven't even tried gran turismo.
DriveClub and GT7 better not be anything like this. I love the variety and amount of content, the flaws are ridiculous though. Graphics don't look so good either, even tho I hear they're stellar.
ITS ONLY ABOUT GRAPHICS GUYS. seriously though, Forza is kinda silly. Everything is over-exaggerated and not realistic. GT handles more like a real car, Forza is just fun. Also it didnt come out on PS4 because the GT engine is so embedded in the 6cell processor, it will take another 3 years to make another/upgrade the engine. The GT team isn't as big as you think. Also Im pretty sure theyre following the (two gran turismo's per generation) tradition.
Finally someone who understands that Polyphony ALWAYS releases two GT Installments per PlayStation console. Those who know it clearly weren't the ones crying like bitches about "why wasn't this released on ps4"
Great review, I feel exactly the same about GT6 in my brief time of playing. They should have upped the ante on this game, but the extra tracks are welcome.
My Track Wish Lists: Special Stage Route 11 (GT 1) Rome Night (GT2) Red Rock Valley (GT2) Tahiti Maze? (GT2 massive Dirt Track) Grindelwald (GT2) Forgot spelling. Super Speedway? (GT2)
The game is actually decent besides the sound. They are supposedly fixing the sound in a patch. Graphics are good, better than what you see in the video but not amazing. The game for me is addicting, getting gold in each event is rewarding and you unlock nice vehicles.
Then let me compare it with Forza Motorsport 4, where it still wins Forza in sound, phisics and graphics. It's still more realistic, even though it has less circuits, cars and weather effects.
YellowMohamad1234567 makes sense but honestly its not worth it to buy GT6, it plays and feels the same as GT5 but with little bit more cars, thats it :/
SYNCPHAN1OM I think gt6 plays exactly like gt5 except with better suspension and when you loose traction and try to counter steer you end up being speared off the track in the opposite direction. Catching slides just aint happening in gt6, lol.
Lowkey Reese because more people have ps3 than ps4=more sales. apparently that didnt go well because the game was 99% the same as gt5 and it was rushed.(as you mentioned)
Funniest review XD!!! I agree with all the games mentioned ups and downs and I do reckon Forza 5 is the better package. However, to be fair GT6 isn't fully completed yet. However, I have a bit of doubt they'll actually finish it.
BlackKyurem5 Yeah unfortunately it's not really fair to compare them at this point. However I'll always pick GT because it's more realistic. Even though it doesn't look as good and a lot of the cars sound shitty, the handling is damn near flawless.
BlackKyurem5 wow... I like how all you forza fanboys think that forza 5 is better just because of graphics. That shows that you are desperate to find a reason why forza 5 is better than gran turismo 6
I don't believe it, GT6 sold 300k sales in the same time frame GT5 sold 1m units. And what's kinda coincidental with this fact is that I haven't felt like playing GT6 as much as I did with GT5. With Sony having released PS4 a month before GT6 came out was a bad move.
Tropico Gaming GT6 feel and graphics are slightly better..GT5 has better races more endurance races plus B spec.. I'm almost done beating GT6 97 percent something like that...GT5 I still have three 24hr endurance races to go...GT6 is slightly more fun.
How do I request a vehicle be put into the game? I own a 2013 Kia Forte SX Koup (which I believe is worthy to be placed in a Gran Turismo title), and I want to see it in the game, and race it in a way I legally/financially cannot in reality. Also, where can I find the vinyl? (like the car on the cover) and does it really have a feature that allows you to use gps to create you own track?
I really don't get bitching about customization and paiting. Do you really look at your paint while driving? How's that work? Do you pause the game while in race and look at the car? Sound - ok that needs to be fixed asap but paiting ? Since when it's a "must have" feature in a freaking RACING GAME ? Does Project Cars iRacing or Assetto Corsa have the features you are bitching about ? Nope. Standard cars are there as a bonus - there are 400+ premium cars - plenty enough. They do no harm being in the game and some old fans like to have them rather than not. In GT7 though standard cars need to be gone. The game is awesome - just fix the sound PD. A.S.A.P. Also IGN you should've wait with the score just like with GTA: Online. You know GT5 had 30 patches so why not apply the same rule ? "Changing nature of the game" eh ? OK, ok just being sarcastic but you haven't even waited for first few patches and not said a word about online - what kind of review is this ?
they need customization because they want to put MLP stickers in a 4000hp veyron with a jet engine. didnt watch the forza review. but im think the dorito pope give them a higher score despite worst than this, why? because of muh MLP stickers...
Forza and Shift are Sim-Cades that look better on the surface but you easily get over them after 3 weeks... GT on the other side might not look as polished, but after a couple of weeks you will know why it has been successful, despite its lack of visual treatment, polyphony is not as big of a studio as turn 10, and yet they try to make the possible to make us fans keep playing their games, GT5 lasted 4 years, the game was constantly updated every single month, it came out in mid 2010 and died 2/3 months ago, but don't get me wrong, it's not being lazy, they were taking development time to bring us a better game, and so on... Before Forza 5 was released, there was already info on the DLC's and most of them are recycled from Forza 4... Paying for something that was already in the game before even released? And even though there are standard cars in GT6, there are about 400+ premium, 196 of them all new, and with no DLC, while Forza 5 has a total number of 150 cars with only 12 of them brand new... Is this a fucking joke? And 15 tracks are you kidding me? GT6 has over 30 tracks and more than 70 track variations, plus with the upcoming GPS course maker, you'll be able to recreate your own street... And all of this in a 7 year old hardware, imagine what they will do with the PS4. In short Forza is one very shiny, very sweet lollipop, while GT on the other hand is a bag of 20 not so pretty, and slightly less sweet lollipops. Now think, what would you do? What would the lazy kid do, and what would the smarter kid do? I've covered more about both games here than IGN has in both videos
Sérgio Martins yes, GT is hands down a better game and yes, you said something stupid about something I can't remember but I'm usually always right about most things a lot of the time
I don't understand why people are saying, "You can't compare Forza 5 to GT6 because its on next-gen!" Well, ever since Forza came out, the consumers have been comparing the two. Forza 5 and GT6 are both an addition to a racing franchise and they were both released around the same date. If you have been comparing the two since the dawn of time why can't you all of a sudden compare them now? I understand that graphics are a major difference because of the next-gen issue, but does that make the two games incomparable? Both are amazing games that have improved on their predecessors. In my opinion, these games are both equal.
To the games being equal? Well, if you say no, then that's your opinion. Overall, Forza looks better (cars and environments), it has detailed cockpit view for every car, and has great car sounds. The downside is that they minimized the amount of cars and tracks. In Gran Turismo, they have added yet more cars. The physics are better, and it has more tracks. Gran Turismo also, in my opinion has better crash physics in the sense that the car doesn't always roll over when you hit a wall. Both games have their pros and cons, and again I still call it a draw. Gran Turismo is probably one of the best driving simulators for console. Forza has claims it is a simulation (which it is), but also adds a thrill that you don't get in GT6. It all depends on what the consumer prefers
Aside from all the graphic complaints people are making, I enjoy it so far. And I'm one of those who jumped on the Forza wagon. Both games have their pros and cons. I like Forza's multiplayer immersiveness and customization. But what I like about Gran Turismo is that home-like feel it gives you when you're playing it, even when you aren't racing.
Unfortunately this review has somewhat redundant points at this current time as the game has made some pretty drastic updates, adding sound, new features, fine tuning physics, adding butt loads of content ( new races, new modes) and GT Vision - a one of a kind pairing where every month or so Gran Turismo and select car manufacturers/brands ( from Nissan to Jordan and Nike) create a unique car specifically for the game with a neat little 4 minute video clip for each car, some which are light and fun proof of concepts, others more in depth and detailed, basically short documentaries. There are at least 12 more cars still to be released and its somewhat mind blowing that a game in this current climate is still releasing brand new content years after its launch, all *FOR FREE*. Despite having 100% completion, the GT Vision, seasonal (online) events and new offline races keep me coming back. While this game has no 'story mode' the Ayrton Senna tribute ( which was an update months after release) brought me to tears upon completion. Having not known the man or his deeds prior to playing, the in game documentation of his life, the slide shows and the video clips cemented his legacy, both as a racer and a philanthropist in a way in which I will never forget. Knowing that by purchasing a copy of GT6, *you're helping support impoverished kids to a quality education* is an unbelievably classy touch, indicative of Gran Turismo as a brand. *RIP Ayrton Senna*
+Bang Arang Brilliant piece mate; I have been a fan of the series for many years (grew up with much older cousins, playing the earlier versions for many many hours) and drifted away from racing games for a few years, but eager to get back in.. Been weighing up this and Grid Autosport; also interested in Forza 6, but can't justify the cost of the X1 for a small few games I'm interested in at the present time, having gotten a PS4 for Christmas. And I don't play online much, so the standout X1 features in that sense don't fuss me as must have elements...
BootlessEmu Depends tbh, I haven't got far in GRID but it seemed cool. I definitely preferred GT 6 but I am a huge GT fan and I tend to prefer sim racers and the ability to switch out parts on cars. I do like arcade racers but only when the story mode or customisation of cars is really substantial like in a NFS Underground, GRID has only some aesthetic options iirc. I would totally be into Forza 6 as it's current gen graphics AND extremely customisable cars, but same as you I have a ps4 and ps3. GRID is more on the sim side of things but is still arcadey compared to the pure sim GT6. There's more of a story mode in GRID and the graphics and environs are more 'immerssive' where as GT6 is more plain and sterile, but as a real motorhead that enjoys the breadth and width of car selection and real life (and fantasy) tracks, GT6 itches all those scratches. The RedBull Fan cars in GT6 are UNREAL, pulling through hairpins at over 250+ KMs and blitzing away on a straight at 450+ within mere seconds was a real mind blow for sure! For that moment alone I recommend GT 6 lol. Since you're on the ps4 you may want to try Project Cars which I'm really enjoying. It's very much a sim with amazing graphics but the car selection is somewhat limited and you cant upgrade cars, but you can adjust setups. It's very race orientated which I like, qualifying for position, racing for points through seasons etc.
not really . only adds some cars and race tracks . and it seems to perfrom a little bit worse . still a great game with everything in it . shit ton of tracks and cars . also having nascar karting etc
Yes. Going back to GT5 was impossible as it just feels too floaty compared to GT6. Plus everything that was DLC in GT5 is now in game normally. Any updated and added features have been 100% FREE. These include the Red Bull Ring, Circuit de la Sierra, two new LMP1s, a new LMP2, more GTs and more road cars which are fun to tune.
This game ended in my life when i played the 3rd game. After that i never picked up a grand game what so ever.Because you know why the game got fucking boreing.Byt far if there is any raceing game i get bord of reallly fast it's this game .Forza 5 however is just unreal. And it just feels right.IDK why in the world sony is bringing this game to ps4 too.if that's true then still count me out.
3 that was PS2 haha so really your opinion is invalid.. grantrismo 5 was the best racing game ever and really every game gets boring after you have played it a lot.
supradoom As the reviewer correctly stated, PD focus too much on car count over quality - Turn 10, developers of Forza, decided to remodel all the cars from scratch for the next generation, car models in GT are pasted from previous games, as far back as GT4!
Forza focuses on the gay paint and putting decals on your car.. Not actually racing. it's funny how gt6 has more cars and more tracks and it's not even on next gen yet.
