Although theses Ignite lights are water resistant the one I purchased from Half Off Ponds and installed in my waterfall failed due to water intrusion. The nice folks at Half Off Ponds were quick to respond to my support inquiry and provided a replacement light. I since sealed the light up with plumbers tape plus silicone after replacing the bulb and so far it has not failed in over a year.
