Thank you!!!😍 for this wonderful video I’ve been searching high and low for some seminars for the Schwarzkopf line. I’ve been using the line for many years but with all the new colors ,all the new changes and swatches that came out and none of the Beauty supply stores have any information let alone any knowledge of Schwarzkopf. Thank you keep up the good work and please send more seminars🤗👍👍

Hi! I am currently using 6-0 for my roots. It is not covering my gray's at all. I tried using 6-00 and that did work better, not great, but also made my roots soooo much darker.

Hi there! If you're having difficulty with grey coverage, you could try using our Absolutes line, which is geared towards natural grey coverage using 30 vol developer on hair that is less than 90% white. Hope this helps!

My hair is 66 cm and is a really dark level 4 brown (virgin) I’m aiming to get a light cooper color so my plan is to mix 9-7 and 8-77 with a 9% developer, will I be able to achieve the results I want ? And how much of each product do I need to cover my full head ?
@SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA

Hello there great question. IGORA Royal can give you up to 3 levels of lift. So from a level 4 using our color with 30 Volume Oil Developer would get you to around a level 7. If you are wanting more lift than that we would recommend using a Vario Blond Lightener first to lift you to the level 8-9 than apply your color with a Lower Volume Developer or you can tone with our IGORA Vibrance Demi Line. Hope this helps 💖💖
@Yeahessan1
@Yeahessan1 7 месяцев назад
This is just what i needed! When using lighter orange colors like 9-7, is the 20 vol Igora developer enough to brighten dark blonde roots to match 9-7 Igora vibrance with 13 vol? Or do i need either Igora royal 30 developer in the roots or combining with highlifts 12? I dont mind having some lighter lift of the precolor of the lenghts, is it then possible to go for Igora royal (30 vol?) in the roots and Igora royal 20 vol in the lenghts (can royal be used all over only for one time lightening up, then return to vibrance for an ammonium free color touch up)?
@SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA
@SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA 7 месяцев назад
The Vibrance line only has 3 Developers that you can use with them and they are the IGORA Vibrance 6 Volume Gel or Lotion Activator and 13 Volume Lotion Activator. We would not recommend using the IGORA Royal Oil Developers with Vibrance. It's hard for us to tell without knowing where you are starting from. Please reach out to us at @SchwarzkopfUSA on IG for us to help assist you better with this question.

Which is better royal or absolute, and I want to lighter my hair color with no orange tone , can I use 8-00 ?
@SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA
@SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA 2 года назад
Hey There! So there are many factors that come into play when lightening hair. Is it previously colored? Is it natural? Do you have resistant grey/white hair? What is the underlying pigment? How many levels are you wanting to get? Igora Royal is going to be a brand that has great well rounded performance with the -00 they are going to have 25% more pigmint weight than the -0 series in Royal. The Absolutes are a specialty category within the Igora Royal family that has 30% more pigmint weight than the -0 series in Royal. It has a Pro Age Complex, Siliamine and Collagen to help with mature hair. The nice part with Absolutes is that they are already premixed to give 100% grey/white hair coverage you just select a shade and know it will cover your grey 100%. Now with lightening with hair color, you are only going to be getting maximum 3-4 Levels of lift on virgin hair. Lifting always exposes warmth so your going to want to select a shade that is going to help neutralize the warmth. If you're wanting to lift previously colored hair. Color does not lift color and you will have to use a Lightener like the Igora Royal Vario Blond Plus or Vario Blond Super Plus. I hope this helps! - Meg | Ask Expert with Skp @pixelate_hair

011/022/033/add for neutralizeation how many volume should i use?10or 20 volume?
@SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA
@SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA 2 года назад
Hey there! So when using the Igora Royal Technical Neutralizers, you can use any of the Igora Royal Oil Developers. It just depends if your are lifting or depositing. Again how to use the the Technical Neutralizers (0-11) Is for levels 8 & 9 (fighting yellow) and should be 5% of your formula. (0-22) Is for levels 6 & 7 (fighting orange) and should be 15% of your formula. (0-33) Is for levels 4 & 5 (fighting red) and should be 25% of your formula. So for example ( 60ml 6-0 + 9 ml 0-22 + 69 ml of selected Igora Royal Oil Developer. I hope this helps! - Meg | Ask Expert with Skp @pixelate_hair

@eml_x4349
@eml_x4349 2 года назад
Might add more questions the further along the video I go, your -00 range, you talk about using 30vol if the client has under 90% grey, is this still the case with the regular neutral shades, so your -0 range?
@SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA
@SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA 2 года назад
Hi! We recommend using 9% 3vol for clients less than 90% white to develop the extra 25% pigment load in the -00 series. The regular neutral shades do not have the extra pigment, so standard developer usage would apply. - T.J. Rosbeck | SKP Artistic Team @Stylist4u247

I thought this was awesome information & thank you. I do have a suggestion there are allot of wig designers that use the product and don’t have a distributor how can I get a copy of the color wheel? Be privileged to the expert instructions? Another suggestion is the video should of indicated the best formula mixes... I. E what type of developer goes well with certain colors not just blondes if that makes sense. I have lots of dark wig wearers that love the high volume colors added as well as blondes it super hard to get the formulas or example for dark hair... to add vibrancy You guys don’t speak of blonde mixes but the process to get it there

Hello, I have virgin dark hair with about 50 % grey hair. I’m trying to figure out the usage of developer. Im planning on using Igora Absolutes 6-60. If I understand correctly should I use 30 v developer for my whole hair? Would the roots turn lighter than the rest of my hair? I don’t want to get hot roots. Thanks in advance for your help ☺️
@SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA
@SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA Год назад
Hello there great question! You are absolutely right that if you have 50% grey/white hair that you should be mixing 30vol 9% Vol Developer into you're Absolutes formula. It needs the extra amount of oxygen to be able to eat away the hairs natural pigments to make room for the 30% more dyestuffs in the Absolutes formulation. I would approach this like any other virgin application where you apply the color to the mids and ends leaving it about an inch away from the root. Then when you finish that remix and apply to the roots and let it process 30-45min. This will help prevent hot roots and keep your hair even from roots to ends. I hope that this helps! 🖤 -Meg @pixelate_hair

hI there, thank you for the video but im kinda confused. if ive lightened my hair to a level 8, how do i know what IGORA colour to use to achieve an ash blonde ?? I think I dont really understand the meaning of the colour depth of the number before the dash. is it the depth of my hair or the depth of the colour im trying to achieve. thank you soo much.
@SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA
@SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA 3 года назад
Hi! A little bit of both! If you are toning pre-lightened hair, you need to make sure that you are using something at the level you lifted to or darker. If you lift to a level 8, you can use a level 8, 7, 6, 5 etc. You will use the level that you are trying to achieve. We hope this helps!

@SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA
@SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA Год назад
Hi! Great question. IGORA Royal Fashion Light Series is not designed to be intermixed with the core line nor to be used on scalp because of the high ammonia content to lift at dark levels. At a level 3-4, you can try using a -77 with IGORA ROYAL Oil Developer 30 Volume on scalp and IGORA ROYAL Fashion Light L-77 with IGORA ROYAL Oil Developer 40 Volume (1:1) on mid length and ends for up to 45 mins.

Wow this was awesome!! I had a question, I used 2oz:7-0 and 1 oz:7-1 with 20 vol on my client but it didn’t cover her grey (not quite 50%) and she lifted very very warm but it seems that the actual recommendation being told in this is actually 2:1, fashion color to neutral?? so I should’ve formulated 2oz 7-1 and 1oz of my neutral 7-0, If I understood that correctly??:)

@SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA
@SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA 3 года назад
Hi Tamar! 0-55 is a booster, so it is straight pigment with no level or depth associated with it. Using it alone is great as a pre-pigment or filler when going darker depending on how far you need to fill. Mix 1 part IGORA ROYAL booster to 3 parts warm water, develop 20 minutes, rinse (don't shampoo), and then blow dry before applying your target shade. Hope this helps! :-)

@SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA
@SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA Год назад
6-12 is considered a Fashion shade that only covers up to 70%. You will need to intermix with a Natural shade for up to 100%. You can use 2 parts of your target shade to 1 part of a Natural shade. In your case, 2 parts 6-12 and 1 part 6-1, equal parts IGORA ROYAL Oil Developer 20 Volume for up to 45 mins.

For intense fashion tones AND grey coverage, we recommend trying the IGORA ROYAL Absolutes. It contains 30% more pigment than the core line. For Red tones, use the -80 series with IGORA ROYAL Oil developer in 30 volume for up to 45mins.

Great question 💖 When working with any of our IGORA Royal Fashion Shades they will only color up to 70% grey/white hair. If you're looking for 100% grey coverage you'll have to mix one of these tones into your formula, -1, -4, -0 or -63. If your wanting to stay more true to a violet tone direction the -1 is a Cendre tone direction (Blue/Violet) and will support that tone nicely. If you're going for more of a red tone the -4 Beige tone will really help that red hair pop. Whichever grey coverage shade you choose to mix into your formula you will need to mix it 1 Part of your Grey Coverage shade (-1,-4,-0 or -63) + 2 Parts of your selected IGORA Royal Fashion Shade. For example; 1 part of 6-1 + 2 parts 6-88 + Equal parts of your IGORA Royal Oil Developer. We hope that this helps 💖

Hey there! A great pink formula from IGORA Royal can be 9-98 with some Pastelfire and 0-98 mixed together. Not sure how intense you want your pink to be but if you play around with these 3 colors swatching them out you will definitely find a great pink option for you. We also have ChromaID Pink, which is a intense toning mask. It's meant for pre-lightened hair. Apply it on towel dried hair for 20 min and bam! You have a beautiful pink. I hope that this helps 💕
