Then why is he talking about musical people playing shmups? Get a clue. You can put any Bemani game on settings that make the notes unreadable. IIDX has hs5+hidden+sudden. It's still only done by people who memorise the charts (not the songs) to show off. Memorising the rhythm of the song doesn't help at all if you don't also memorise what notes are going to come down. And talking about GFDM is apples/oranges because it is far easier to memorise songs on DM than IIDX (not that I'd want to)

That's because your computer sucks. If you had a more recent computer the video would play just fine. And yes, resolution is less when fmt=18, because that's SD H264, and fmt=22 is HD.

I can categorically state that I would like DJT better if this song was not in it. There doesn't even need to be a song there to replace it, just take out Pluto and lower the song count to 94, instant better game.

Coincidence? VGTA is the best iidx player in the united states and has no musical background, but people on vjarmy who are music majors, performers and composers are usually in the middle and can be really good, but not the best.
