the only Hi-tech campus with not much green cover....The whole area used to be covered in big rocks and stones....they broke down them and making it. Go to it if you want to pursue career in software and IT industry. Exposure is good.

i don't think there are many people who have experienced all 3 iits so I've seen the campus tours of all three and Guwahati and Roorkee are heaven on earth and i would stay there any day over hyderabad

If you are serious about life and want stable carrer growth then without any thought join iit Hyderabad. Other iit's are just for time pass, emphasis more on overrated college fun etc and in the end they bring some service oriented companies and recruit just the toppers in those companies.
