देश में अभी 23 IIT'S हैं. जिनमें 17 हजार तीन सौ पच्चासी सीट हैं. चार साल की पढ़ाई के बाद कैंपस प्लेसमेंट की बारी आती है।नौकरियांं क्लास में बंटती हैं।इस साल जनवरी में IIT में प्लेसमेंट शुरू हुए. लेकिन हैरानी की बात ये है कि तीन महीने के बाद भी अलग अलग IIT के 30 से 36 प्रतिशत स्टूडेंट्स को जॉब नहीं मिली.

Bhai esliye bolte hai agar jee ki prep kar re ho to news channel mat dekho college ke official account se connected raho iits ne bhot hi worst situation mein bhi placement nikala hai bhai baki private colleges ka cse mein bhi placement nahi huva even wo 3.6 wala bhi bhot hi buri halat thi har jagah ke placement ki is baar uske bavjud iit were on top secondly brother iits ka culture hi esa hai ki log waha startup karna zyada pasand karte hai ✌️

Sir, I will share a few points herewith, (1) this is not the beginning..when iits started rolling out in dozens that was the beginning. (2) except for CSE, there are no suitable opportunities for other graduates in India as we do not have much of research and dev. related work here (3) Even when there were only 5 iits majority of graduates were absorbed by the USA and others. Even half of that % is not able to fly out in todays scenerio. (4)Please consider demand vs supply. And the best graduate engineers are not all iitians.

I think Its one of reason may be covid time in which all become online and students were failed to acquire required skills . i am saying this on the basis that, i heard/see most students directly jump from 10th to 11th class with 90%age with none knowledge of some basic concepts like trignometry, Its another reason as told in video i think AI ....I think in current times one skill is most important one is continous learning

I think jobs in india IT सेक्टर doesn't required IIT. Jobs they have can be done any graduate with good logical reasoning and स्किल्स. Work in IT इंडस्ट्री having more than 60 persent support and maintance and developed business applications that don't required expensive IIT students . This is like no eurpean club wants to hire ronaldo because he is now too expensive. They want him at cheaper rate

IIT may now become a Dinosaur 🦖 in job market, for one may need soft skills and short certificate course directed atna specific job skill. Nobody wants a specialist with 7 digit salary, instead they want 2-3 all round performers who are just above mediocre level as in not over 90%, above and about 75% that sums up whole story The job market has ever evolved and now students and institutions should follow suit

Agr mai kahu--- tu apne ghar(assuming ur family to b of medium size say 5-6 persons) me 10-15 helper/maid rakh le kal se hi.. wo b permanently... kya tu rakh lega ? Jise mera sawal samajh me aa gaya .... use 🙏 Mere sawal me hi sab kuch chhipa h.. recession trend.. job trend.. etc pe har channel ajkal debate me laga pada h.... bas mera sawal samajh jao... sari debates ka the end ho jaega.... dimag khul jaega... koi sawal nhi bachega fir !!!!
