ABOUT ME
I started building models in 2020 and build Model Ships. I build Scale Navy Ships, Submarines, Spaceships. I am a beginner, and would like to share my model building experience, tips and tricks and helpful advice with others with similar interests, and hopefully inspire others to start this amazing hobby. My videos go through all the stages of build a model from start to finish. Including videos of tips and tricks I have pickup along the way.

Just got mine in the mail Today with 6 other models! They were $18 and change each on Ali Express, although Temu has them around $20. Only took under 2 weeks to arrive! I also got the Bismarck, Missouri, Pytor Velikiy, Prince of wales and a Samurai armor and a German Flak gun. I have like 50 of the smaller 3D metal models, paid around 2-4 dollars for each on these sites. I finished 19 of them, and cant wait to start on these bigger models, including a bunch of metal Earth models! I love these metal models, they are a great break from wood and plastic kits, and pretty challenging. Thanks for sharing!

I don’t know Peter. I am a styrene fan and would never consider doing this kit. But if you make this work, I am sure you will become an expert in extremely tiny metal parts builds. Godspeed sir.

If I was building this and I had a charity swear box on my bench there would be a bloody (doh!) massive donation on its way to some worthy cause. I'm all fingers and thumbs at 1/35!

Amazing the detail in such a small scale, this looks like one of those kits you can pick up work on and put aside for enjoyment build, may have to look into one for the stash

Cool. you got your piececool. your yamato is more difficult and has color. this photo etch kits will be interesting .

Hello Peter. You should enjoy this build. I've built around 20 'Piececool' and 'Metal Earth' models. I've enjoyed them all. Even though you can build these without glue, I always put a spot of CA (gel) over the unseen tabs I bend and twist to help keep tabs and things tight as I go, just a suggestion. I have not built this kit yet so I'm looking forward to seeing you build this one! Thanks, Eric
