Oh man, i love this one and sunset reverb. Both sounds fantastic. I don't know which one i love the most, maybe Fame but just because i'm a huge fan of Muscle Shoals sound and music, but IK multimedia has done an outstanding job. Thank you so very much for your videos. You're great too, man!
Great review! Very lush and organic sounding like most IR style reverbs. Only concern is the phasing that some of the room positions introduce. Definitely adds to the realism but without any GUI controls to manage that phase, mono compatibility might be a problem.
I already own the Ocean Way, and I LOVE IT. It's on almost everything I do, and greatly helps me overome a less than ideal recording-enviroment. Give that, do you think it's worth getting this thing also? 150 bucks is stil a lot of money. Maybe it's better waiting for a sale?
Love the plugin reviews, I've watched so many of them, great help! I can't find one on OWS though, which was a bit surprising. Oh and one thing, and I know it's being used for copyright reasons, but can we please bury this song forever going into 2023. 🙏😅
It does sound gorgeous! Would it be over the top to use something like this or Sunset Sound to give a flavour to the band recording as you have just done and THEN add some sparkle with something like Seventh Heaven Reverb?
Do you need to have IK multimedia Custom Shop running in background while using their plugin or after you activate the licence of the plugin you don't have to have that open? because Demo version required me to have Custom Shop open... Thanks!
