@@Didewro they have an awning that connects to the tent on there website. But eventually are coming out with a awning 270 with hard shell case in the near future.
@@adventureoverland9199 on the 18th we’re heading to Utah and will work our way back down thru AZ. The tent will be mounted to our trailer. Waiting on some new cross bars to come in. My dream trip would be up to Alaska. Thanks for the video again.
Yes please do as i am currently looking for a RELIABLE vehicle to travel in all around AMERICA even up to PrudoBay AK and throughout Canada etc. lived in AK for 4 years many moons ago. Plenty to see and do even down here in the lower 48 as well. Blessings, Deb
If you have to pack up and leave after a rain or while there’s still morning dew, what’s the move? Unpack again at home to let it dry? Or later in the day?
I am switching from a tepui to the new skycamper mini 3.0. The shoe storage pouch for the tepui ia conveniently located near the ladder. You can hang your legs outside the tent (while sitting inside) and put your shoes on. It looks the the ikamper requires you to hang the shoe carrier further in closer to the vehicle. How is this working out? can it be relocated closer to the ladder?
@@adventureoverland9199 I know they sell one, but the placement where it goes looks to be out of reach if you want to be able to easily get to your shoes before coming down the ladder
Hey so it did have a smell actually. It smelled like a new car smell. I figured it smelled like that since it’s a brand new tent. After a couple uses the smell went away.
