The click happens on the square shaped hole when the tab AND the bump ABOVE the tab goes completely into the square shaped hole. For me, my tab parts weren’t opened enough for it to hook completely on the metal which didn’t give the bump room to fit 😢 it finally worked after I opened each of the tabs (test each tab by hooking it on to the end of another side metal piece, the tab should go all the way flush with the metal and if not you can apply some pressure and open it wider). Thank you for the video. This was my first IKEA and I’m never buying from there again. I got the metal frame bent so the legs won’t fit - but nothing a hammer cudnt solve.
Your video is very useful for us all , because we all are definitely super disappointed by the fact that we paid full amount for these bendable metal sheets which are actually 💩-iest product ever.
any suggestions on how to get them to click? i feel like i am going to break it with how hard i am pushing and nothing seems to click as soon as i stand it up they all fall out :( i am also worried the metal may be bent? not sure how to go about fixing that :(
Thanks for that! Looks like pretty "WONKY" construction, suitable for only storing wool or rice cakes, nothing heavier. Often see those for sale used...I'll pass now. Those "metals" you are bending over are properly called Tabs or Ears in English.
Does not worth the time it takes to build. Mine just kept falling apart during assembly. Stupid metal bending instead of screws. IKEA trying to reduce costs instead of improving the customer experience is just plain stupid. Thank you for the video though, it would be in the garbage if it wasn't for you
How I follow all the steps but when I put the bottom drawer there's a gap at the bottom? Also, my drawer sliders keep falling out? I wiggle them and they are secure but when I move them up or down they fall out with the slider pressure
