As a realtor, I see a lot of kitchens. 60s electrical systems, 70s colors, 80s layouts, 90s cabinets. Kitchens are often the focal point of a house. I know it's where I spend most of my time! So a quality kitchen is a top priority for many buyers. But if your dream home needs a kitchen face lift, it might be an easier fix than you think.
