Hmm.. You can try the Pixar lamps on Amazon.. But, they are smaller.. I will try and find out.. But, I hope you already found a good lamp.. :)

You can buy the bulb separately also.. Amazon has a wide collection of screw type bulbs

Hey man, it seems in the video that the head of lamp is not staying as you want it to, is it still fit and proper like new after using it for long?

Okay.. this mechanism is supported by springs actually.. So, there are some positions it will stay and there are some positions where it will roll back into a 'comfort' state. But if you talking only about the head, it should stay in any position as there is a screw.. Just tighten the screw close to the head..
