Glad to see the game in action finally. I pledged to the project a while back, and just wasn't sure if it would be something my group would go for, even though I liked what I saw. Tough decision making would really go over well with my group, so I'll definitely be keeping the pledge active. Thanks for the runthrough as always.
Great run through, as always. :) Have the end game bonuses been sorted out (ie; people you've taken care of throughout the game not being worth any points at the end)?
oh i never keep the prototypes. when i was in malta i donated them to the university videogame design department so they could use them for design challenges :)
Great video. I know it is 6 years late but do you know how I can get a hold of this game? I've looked around online but I couldn't find anywhere good to get this game.. Thanks!!
Hi, I always like such neat economic games as always like your show. Great work! I remember in your talk-through podcast, you want to see a economic game system that allows players play different rolls in a business chain . In a later episode, your introduce a game (like ice-cream maker and consumers, don't exactly remember) seeming using this similar system. May I know that game's name and in which episode? Thanks!
Horace Watkins love it. the prototype board that came with iki was curling up really badly, so i tried out my 'full table plexiglass cover' for this runthrough, and it worked great! :)
I'm not generally an art guy but the art in this is just not my cup of tea. I'm sure it's based on a very highly rated work of art but to me it's just offputting.
Scott3387 here's a picture of the original scroll the art is based on: upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/f/f0/%27Kidai_Shoran%27%2C_Japanese_handscroll_c._1805.jpg :)
