Wow i just read this book yetserday and its one of my favorite. Its a simple book but includes everything we need to focus on finding the meaning of life and enjoying it. It talks about getting into a state of flow, like imagine if you are skiing on a snowy day, you only focus on the ride, wind and the pace. Nothing distracts you and you're simply in the moment. Thats what we are supposed to do- get into a state of flow in everything in our daily routine. When you do things that you love, you get immersed in it, and can continue like that for hours. So find things you love to do everyday and that helps you stay calm and relaxed & stress free which leads to a long , healthy lifestyle. You can also apply this state of flow in every chores you do- writing notes, cooking, washing dishes and all kinds of works. Dont try to multitask, that will only end up in half assed works. Try to do one thing at a time, go in a flow. Dont bother about results , it will come. The important thing is to be in that moment
I listen to ikigai audobook every weekend when I go for a mountain hike. Its such a nice audiobook to listen to decompress and have peace. For those who constantly have hectic weedays,listen to this book. Enjoy, be happy and have Peace .

Connect back to nature ..... 3. The diet... Wide variety of fresh foods vegetable and less processed food... Only eat 80% full....more eating puts lots of pressure on digestive system...green tea 4. Move the most every day.... 5 . Give thx and express gratitude... Good for mental health... Keep a gratitude general and write down 3 days daily. 6. Basically, ikigai means living in warm climate and in a rich country. If Okinawa people have lots of fresh fruit and seafood in their daily diet, it means these types of food are very affordable because they are local and accessible all year round. Same goes for walking on grass, gardening or meditating in the forest - all this requires safe forests and little snow throughout the year.

I did the same. I realised allot in the last year. I stopped inviting people and exited some groups n stopped going to others. Truth came out . Many people not what they seem. I was called strange for going to the woods, but I found myself , PEACE and just living in the now just like the well known Eckelhart discovered while being alone.
I love ikigai went on know the points. Ur ikigai video presentation is good simple. Keep on doing. I recommend u to do videos on yogis much similar point u will find it.
