Amazing summary!! Only one place where I see challenges is the profession part. It is not easy for Gen Z or may be millennials also for that matter to pick up something they love and get equally paid for. Just saying not everyone walks the same path.. Which is still okay cause thy find their Ikigai in hobbies which may not pay they but it still is the reason they get out of bed in the morning :)
