This video was recorded over 2 days this weekend. A session with Bismarck and Retro as well as a second session with Retro, Dgaff, and Sturmling. We are so far overdue for a new IL-2 video and I hope you guys get some laughs as I try and shake off the rust. Sorry if my speech/voice was unusually worse, been fighting a cold.

Loved the bomb hitting just below the destroyer's bridge with a time-delay fuse. Means the captain probably had just enough time to say "oh, fuck" before getting launched into the stratosphere :P.

i've never played IL-2, but having watched Bo and crew play I am starting to get the feeling that surviving missions is rare.

Actually you spend most of the time bored, and, depending on how much time you spend practicing in peaceful missions, and how much you know about dogfighting, missions are pretty survivable. Then again, some situations aren't survivable. But that's life. Edit: Clarification

The best videos TBLF make is when you can serve together as a crew; flying, fighting, and...dying...together (see also the sailing ship videos). I know it must be hard for Bo to feel all the responsibility as his beloved friends slump over and die one by one....but man, it sure makes for great entertainment. :)

So THIS is what happens when Bismarck is not there to establish law and order within TBLF in Battle of Stalingrad…..and when you present new faces to the game that only know of the War Thunder world…..goodness knows what would happen if you were to place someone like Jim, Mike, Stick, or even Bear and Moevil into a Battle of Stalingrad game without Bismarck. I was playing IL2 as a gunner for my friend. We took off from the airfield, and after a while I decided to check the map and see where we were. I looked at my map a couple of times, and looked outside. I asked my friend “yo where are we supposed to be going again?” He told me the enemy factories. I then realized we have been flying in the wrong direction for 15 minutes. IL-2 is fucking great.
