Per quante volte io abbia ascoltato e guardato quest’opera nn mi stanco mai , ogni volta sono gioia ed emozione che si rinnovano… nn si può negare che, al di là del cast impareggiabile, nelle opere in cui compare Franco Corelli tutte le emozioni possibili, la magnificenza della voce e dell’interpretazione, sono lí sempre pronte a catturarti, a stringerti il cuore e a trasportarti nel sogno. Grazie a TUTTI VOI che ci regalate questi gioielli.
Ich habe diese Aufführung heute zum ersten Mal gehört. Mein Kompliment, ein ganz außergewöhnlicher Trovatore. Phantastische Stimmen, Stella wirklich gut, Cossotto in einer ihrer Paraderollen, einzigartig, Bastianini war wirklich die Nummer eins als Bariton und ist leider viel zu früh von uns gegangen. Franco als Manrico einfach genial. Ich dachte immer, Bergonzi sei der beste Manrico - ich sah ihn in der Arena mit Cappuccilli und Lazarini - , eine absolute Weltklasse-Aufführung, aber Franco lebte den Manrico stimmlich noch viel besser. Leider gibt es keinen Tenor mehr, wie Corelli war. Die Oper ist viel ärmer geworden.
Meraviglioso Verdi. Meravigliosi questi giganti della lirica. Corelli Bastianini da brividi. Ma anche Stella Cossotto meravigliose. Hanno reso il Trovatore indimenticabile nel tempo. ❤❤❤❤

Qui abbiamo quattro vertici della lirica: Corelli, Cossotto, Bastianini, Stella. Verdi esige davvero il massimo delle umane possibilità in questa Opera: tempi assurdi, fiato oltre ogni concetto, recitazione drammatica, acuti stratosferici per tutti i quattro protagonisti!!
Che emozione l'ultima foto (a colori) con Giorgio De Lullo che bacia la mano ad Antonietta Stella! Grandissimo regista, per uno spettacolo storico che il geniale sistema da voi escogitato ci consente, dopo tanti anni, quasi di "vedere"! Fantastico!
Antonietta Stella timbro di voce tra i piu belli ? Da nessuna parte si dice che, lo dici solo tu, lei è la voce senza smalto e tutta spartita nei registri

What a great recording. Poor Bastianini.I believe he was quite ill with cancer by this time. He was my absolute favorite dramatic baritone ever. Cossotto and Corelli were marvelous here. Grazie mille for sharing this with us. Now,there are no opera singers who are remotely close to these great voices. Che peccato !

Un Trovatore MOZZAFIATO!! I cantanti sono i migliori in assoluto, compresi i comprimari. Fantastica la ricostruzione con le foto che mostra i paesaggi inospitali e la magnificenza degli abiti. This is a true gem! All Italians - Bastianini, Cossotto, Corelli and Stella with a famous Italian conductor, so not a word or a syllable mispronounced or massacred but all beautifully sung! The translation was superb! Possibly the best Il Trovatore ever made! Thank you so very much! ❤

What a great performance of the wonderful " old war horse." Only one of the fillies, was not up to classic standard. It is said of this opera, that all you need are the four finest singers in the world. This unbelievably fantastic live Trovatore still majestically succeeds with three and a half.
