@@SASStorebror ありがとうございます。 Thanks. "Perfect Mode" in "IL2 1946" is important, isn't it? I think so, especially if the mod is built in. I will continue to use my current PC. When I changed from "hard disk" to "SSD", I felt very good. The video no longer stops for a moment.
Video setting for the screen resolution is 1366 x 768 (maximum screen resolution for this notebook) no clouds no perfect water. High settings on objects and effects. 50 - 60 fps at all times.
Oh? That's odd. I have an older laptop with Intel HD 3000 and it can play IL-2 with the BAT mod no problem. I wonder what happened with your friend's laptop there.
I am not sure. I had a similar problem I could play non mod IL2 1946 at low graphic settings with frame rates at 30 and below. I did the vram increase and I could run the game at higher settings with 60 fps, however the game would not let me use the option for perfect land / water.
Wow, was watching a backlog of your stuff and the newest upload was a video that was prompted by me! Glad to see you back, hope you keep doing more IL 2 content as always.
@@callsignnictmere465 Nice to hear it, I'm completely addicted to the game now. Specially with the force feedback joystick. Even improved my accuracy by watching your videos, using the machine guns and then the cannons closer in, i still suck at the .50s in us planes, the wing guns are way too dispersive or shake the plane a lot.
Good info about "No Clouds" selection for "Clouds Detail", thanks Douglas. Can I edit conf.ini so that BAT starts up with "No Clouds"? The only parameters that I've been able to find that may be relevant are "TypeClouds"" and "Sky" but neither seems to work for me...?
Hi. I just noticed this and am hopeful. I have a 2013 refurbished laptop with Intel HD 4600. (System has a good processor and 8GB ram) - Would you be able to point me in the direction of both how to edit the registry to increase video Ram and also the steps needed to use ReShade? - Thanks very much!
I would recommend a RU-vid tutorial on this as I am only familiar with the Acer notebook computer. This game is very old and should run on your system with a few tweeks.
Sorry for that "discussion" with Storebror. I'm just sick of seeing these modders, no matter how talented or expert they are, treat people like they are idiots. It doesn't even matter if he's right or wrong, it's the language lacking any etiquette. I think they give out awards at the SAS site for rudeness.
I agree 100%. I love IL2 1946 and IL2 BOS. I have been playing the the series on and off for 20 years. That being said, after a hiatus, I discovered SAS and became quickly aware that the moderators either eat assh@les for breakfast or haven’t been laid in 30 years. You get your head bitten off for asking a question. On the other hand people like Doug are always friendly and willing to help. Finally let’s put things into perspective….this is a video game…for amusement. My wife is an A320 pilot and she said this game is no where near realistic or like a true simulator. But you know what I still love it …because it is a game.
@@elcid2342 Thank you Cid and you got it right it is a game. SAS was a great place to start, but when you fall out of favor with them you are out. I only wish to promote the game and help others as I remember I too was once new to the game. I was lucky I got help without judgement.
@@elcid2342 Hi! Please don't read this message as a polemic one! Can you explain me where your wife find the faults in the flight dynamic? I always thought that IL2 was a good performer of the flight reproduction.... Did you fly with some physics disabled....eg gyroscopic....torque....or so on? I hope to have been clear..... I'm not an English native.... My best regards and thanks in advance for your reply! Walter
Possibly Valkaz, depending on your MacBook. I had one and it had an intel core i-3 processor with 4mb of ram. It would not run many games, and certainly not IL2 1946. So check your MacBooks system specs. Yours maybe equipped with a core i-5 or 7 with more ram that would support playing iL2 1946.
@@callsignnictmere465 yes cause i was thinking of buying an armed processer not for gaming but for college uses intel versions seems to be very expensive for me
It was close Odee I have not been vaccinated because my upper arm broke to many needles. I just moved out to south east Texas i am still unboxing in the ponderossa, still looking for my keyboard.
Hey Douglas I have a question, IL2 1946 with B.A.T installed, have the fps locked?. Because I have IL2 Cliffs of Dover, and it works at 60fps. In IL2 1946 playong B.A.T campaings I get less than 30 fps. Any recommendation?.
@@callsignnictmere465 Exactly!. I forgot tell you that!. It only happens when playing a custom maps. Didn't know that. I was sad thinking that my pc couldn't handle it :(. But it's the maps. Thanks for answering :D!
@@callsignnictmere465 Sry for annoy you again bro. You are my main source to solve the IL2-1946 problems 😂, when I speed up the game over x64, the fps drops low as 10, is any problem with the gpu?. Hope you had a good day :)
